Thank you so if i start on day one do I test then too or just set it as day one???? Then do I turn it on each day to move on each number day??????

    Sorry :o

You can start anytime up to CD5 and it won't ask you for the first stick until CD6 the first month you use it whenever you start.

    Sorry :o

It will move on between days 1 & 5 without asking for a stick - so no real point in switching on (unless you struggle to count to 6 - lol).

On day six, you start using the sticks. You use the stick with your first wee of the day & then put it in the CBFM. it tells you if you are low, high or peak.

Last month was my first month & I didn't show a peak at all. I have been told this isn't unusual.

I threw the sticks away each day but this month (following a suggestion on here), I am dating each one with a marker pen & then storing in a zip lock bag. I will then look to see if the line goes darker.

It asked me to test for 20 days last month. Normally it will only be 10.

    Hope this helps.

Yep. You have to do it in the time slot you want to use for testing though. So if you forget, you press the M button on the day you do remember at the right time of day and hold it down until it reaches the correct number.

    Hey all,

DH and I had a discussion this morning and we have decided to relax a bit about things. For the next couple of months we are going to be NTNP and I won't be counting CD's or peeing on sticks or anything (well, I'm going to try not to anyway). DH has admitted he has felt a bit under pressure to perform recently and I don't want him to feel like that, certainly not when we've only just started trying. It won't hurt if it takes us a while to conceive and at least I'll be able to enjoy socialising over the festive period if I don't get pregnant. To be honest, it would be better for us from a financial point of view if we didn't conceive straight away although I do worry about getting too old (I'll be 34 in April) which is why we decided to start trying now rather than wait. So NTNP it is and whatever will be will be. I'll still lurk on here to see how everyone is doing though and will probably post from time to time if you don't mind me popping in and out.
