Just to update have been on high on cbfm since cd 9,now on cd18 and had peak this morning.we are doing the SMEP this month and I've also been taking agnus castus since day 12 or so cos that's when I bought it.also started temping this month and using opks as last month I had highs on my cbfm from day 10 and no peak.i have been waking at the same time each day to do both my temp and cbfm test stick as I didn't realise that could affect the cbfm result and it has picked up peak this time.am doing opks in the afternoon. Think the agnus castus has really helped me actually as I think I have got a hormone imbalance at the mo and it's sorted my skin out so pleased about that.stopping it now until next month given my peak reading.have also been having cough medicine and will be using conceive plus when bding for the next few days.i noticed I had ewcm on day 10ish and had some more yesterday but not as much as I did on day 10 so not sure why that is xxxx

Congratulations Dovetail - have a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth!

Well after saying I haven't I've got spotting again today and I'm boiling hot! Don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Fingers crossed, as it's still too early too be AF and I'm normally very regular. AF normally appears on CD28/9 and on CD25 today.

Fingers crossed for anyone who is testing soon.

Congratulations dovetail. Funnily enough I have read that sperm count and motility is slightly higher in the mornings than in the evenings, so maybe that was what swung it for you?

I have been researching instead cups and ttc yesterday and think I might give this a go this month, along with robuttissin and conceive plus. I've also been temping since Saturday and so far have managed to do so without spooking DH as I tend to wake before he does usually. Can someone remind me how to share my chart on FF as I may need help interpreting it at some point as I've never temped before. Thanks.

Oh and AF has definitely completely gone today which is just weird. I think she visited me for less than 12 hours this month!

Are you sure that it wasn't implantation bleeding Nicki? The short length indicates that it may be. What are instead cups?

    Afternoon all,

I'm back from my weekend away which was lovely and relaxing. The massage was great as was the free champagne  and the yummy food (diet starts tomorrow :o). I had a fair bit to drink this weekend but I figured I deserved it and also as I'm still spotting there's no chance of me getting pg anytime soon.

I'm feeling blue this afternoon as I have to go back to work tomorrow. I'm feeling nervous. Our office is small now (we moved after two thirds of staff were made redundant in preparation for the organisation's closure) so there's nowhere for me to hide (it's open plan). I want things to get back to normal but at the same time I don't want it to be like nothing happened. I hope I don't cry tomorrow (although I think I may have used up all my tears today :o).

    Welcome tea

    Congrats again dovetail :j

    Fingers crossed sexymouse

Wow Nicki, 12 hours is a short AF, maybe your body is still a bit confused after your mc?

Sorry if I've missed anyone. Safari crashed 6 times while I was typing so had to keep starting again!

    Hope you are all well.

    xx

Pleased to hear you had a lovely weekend emsbet. Hugs for the tears today, and strength to get through tomorrow. At least once you've got your first day out of the way, it should hopefully get a little easier the next day. Try to keep yourself busy. I'm sure people would understand even if you did cry. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. Don't forget to pop back in after work to let us know how it went. Have you got a special meal or a treat that you can plan to have when you get home so that you have something to look forward to at the end of the day? This may help. Hope the spotting goes soon.
