Not had a chance to read back properly yet. Was off sick yesterday, so am busy at work today.

Saw the doctor and they think I've either being having migraines or tension headaches and have prescribed me tablets for that, but also I suggested I might be anaemic so they sent me off to the hospital for a blood test. Felt absolutely awful yesterday morning so thought it wouldn't hurt to try some 'liquid iron' (which also has b12 and other vitamins in) plus took some normal painkillers later and I felt a lot better! Just waiting for the results, but will keep taking the iron for now anyway.

I picked up a leaflet at the hospital about getting iron into my diet, so I'm trying to include more foods with it in too.

Thanks for your help ladies and to Nicki for suggesting a liquid formula and for saying about the tea inhibiting absorption!

Anyway, I still feel better at the moment, touch wood, except for period pain. I am CD1 today QQ.

I'm coming to the 12 month mark soon, can't remember when I came off the pill but it was either end of October or begining of November last year. We can't give up now as it means all the heartache so far was for nothing and it will all work out one way or the other I'm sure

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:how about book a hotel room for a night of "adult" fun? that might do it too I ALWAYS used to come on when I was on the plane going on holiday regardless of if it was due or not :mad:

Sorry for all the CD1/2's out there. I'm looking on the bright side I've got packed weekends for the next month anyway and they're definately the kind of occassions that will be enchanced by alcohol!
