    Hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that I will be joining you all again at some point in the not to distant future.
We found out today that our little baby's heart had stopped beating. :( It had stopped just a few days after our dating scan. We are both absolutely devestated to have gotten to over 13 weeks and formed a real attachment to our little onea and then to have it taken away. We have opted for a "medical miscarriage" and so I have taken a pill this morning and have to go back to hospital on Sunday for further medication and to wait to see if I will pass the baby.

We've been told because this is our second mc that we will have more regular checkups and a consultant next time.

Anyway I hope you are all well and don't mind if I hang around while I wait so we can try again.

    xx
I'm sooo soo sorry. Nothing I can say can make it better. So big hugs and take care of you xx

Having a day of it! Decided to make my Christmas cake this morning so parcelled the toddler up and off we went to the shops to buy the ingredients. Came back and we made some chocolate crispie cakes together, then put cbeebies on in the kitchen and he was playing nicely so I thought watching it. Chopped all my fruit and had it nicely simmering in the amaretto, when my builder walks into the kitchen to make a cup of tea and says "Gosh you are a really laid back parent, my wife would kill our kids for doing that" Looked round and he had crept commando style over to the table and smashed all 12 eggs in different places over the floor and was making a nice mess playing with them. He was absolutely covered in raw egg. So bye bye Christmas cake until I can get out for more eggs and a good half hour trying to clear up the mess before it all set solid!

emsbet - I am so so sorry to hear your sad news :( What a sh*tty thing to happen, a nightmare. You've always been so lovely and helpful on here and I hope you come back to join us when you feel able. Take care of yourself hun xxxxxx

kaemi - I knew it! ;) Congratulations my dear, don't go away though! :)

rebekkah - you're funny, I don't know if it's just the way you write but you sound nuts, lol! :rotfl:

there was loads of other stuff I was gonna say but have forgotten it all and am on my work computer so it's tricky navigating the site. Ah well - I'll be back later!

as for little old me, 10DPO and no spotting, yay! Still very bloated and a bit crampy though so not holding out much hope. I think I will wait til next weekend to test, if AF hasn't arrived by then.
