Thank you. Yea spent all afternoon driving myself mad on google! I'm now convinced it could be endemetriosis and potentially infertile. Esp when I read that symptoms mimic IBS!And you can mid cycle spotting from it and also bad period and lower backache which I get a lot. Ah time to forget. No point driving myself more mad over it ...

Try not to worry about it, although I know that's easier said than done. That is one bad thing about the internet, googling medical conditions/symptoms!

    Hi!!

Oh good, glad I'm not the only one then! I don't mind the spotting/cramps but just hope it doesn't interfere with my OV! fingers crossed it won't effect either of us :)

Yea still adjusting I bet. I had the same slimy black/brown discharge. Old blood. Had that yesterday I think so same dpo as you. I put it down as spotting.
My period has dragged out now to 7-8 days rather than 4 or 5 or so. Thats more like my old cycle! lol. Prepill was deffo longer. At least this end is looking more normal. However if only the spotting the other end would go as i'm getting scared now. 2 weeks til I see the Gp as no !!!!!!! appointments next week!

Thanks for your reply :) it's reassuring when other people are going through the same thing!

2 weeks?! That's ridiculous! Don't get me started on doctors...trying to make an appointment gets me into a rage every time  grrr!

  • Good evening ladies, hope everyone has had a good day :)
I wish I could work out how to multiquote-that is my challenge for the next few days!
Thanks very much Kaemi for the info on short/light AF. I have a doctors appointment for Friday as I had spoken to her when it took ages to get AF after implant removal, she was really nice then and suggested that we didn't faff about for ages trying to get pg and to go back fairly quickly if it didn't happen because of our ages (I'm 38 and OH is 47) so I will see what she says on Friday.
    Big hugs BigZippy for CD1
QQ-this is the first time I have done grouting-hopefully it will be the last! It's boring and has wrecked my nails!
2ttb3-I have no idea how you have managed to keep this a surprise for your OH! Good luck for Saturday night!
Hope you enjoy your make up BDing tinkwings ;)
Hope your mum is okay Rebekah
Well done secretdebts, on giving up smoking, I know how hard giving up can be-it's something I'm struggling with as well and not doing too great :o
I could quite happily give up work and spend all day on here, lol, I miss loads from bedtime through to getting in from work every day!

Rebekah, I don't know about Chlamydia, but hope you don't have it:o
Sorry you didn't get to show off your knickers or your legs:D
Also, step away from Google:naughty: Some spotting is fine:cool:
B_girl, (((hugs))) for cramps, hope it eases soon:o
Kaemi, intensive exercise could delay ov, but not sure about temps. I suppose temps can rise, but that's supposed to be good thing.
How intensive are we talking about?
    Lily (((hugs))) for work.
mrshappy, glad your doctor is sympathetic. Good luck on Friday:)

Maybe you ov'd at around CD42 and had 9 day luteal?

Why not try an OPK every night before going to bed from CD12 this cycle?
It is about time Metformin started working, I have a good feeling about this cycle:)
    Perhaps Shrug-smiley5.gif&sa=X&ei=iSeCTv2YA4nTsga1scj-DQ&ved=0CAkQ8wc&usg=AFQjCNHw4UXG2Bs8L3HXI91-3a8Bycdz7w

I drink a lot more in the evening (probably cos DH is here to get them ;)) so afternoon (if I ever remember) is probably better, concentrated pee-wise. ;) It is, agreed, though I do wonder if the Metformin dose is high enough or not...Maybe I should see my GP about it... I think I'm mentally putting off going back to the gynae cos I don't want to go on clomid before I've lost some more weight. A bit daft, perhaps, but it's a mental thing - and they don't always make sense ;)

Preseed came today, so at least this cycle I can pounce DH with or without fertile CM ;)

Hi ya, i will be joining you today, if it is ok with you ?
My hubby and I went on holidays last week and decided to try for a baby, we have a 4 yo daughter already.
i stopped taking the pill 1 week before we went( around the 15th Sep) and had some bleeding for 3/4 days, my periods are usually on the 3rd/4th of each month,
    So it looks like this,
3 sep i had my last period
started again with the pills around 7 september- i stopped for 3 months previously-
stopped again on the 15 september, then had sex without protection few times.

Have i got any chances of falling pregnant this month ?

    Clomid will probably work OK.

So on 15th Sept, you were about CD13, and you stopped the pill and BDd. I think you are in for a chance:)

BB1984, looking at your chart, do you think you could have ov'd at CD35 with a slow rise?

I guess...I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see if my temp goes up more...I'd prefer to see a nice strong rise though! :o
    Kaemi wrote: »
Wondering if intensive exercise could be screwing with my OV or with my temps? Any thoughts?

Hmmmm food for thought...I've been doing some pretty hardcore training recently. Let me know if you come up with anything! I hope you have ov'd...
I wouldn't mind so much if it was just a one-off, but if I don't ov this month that'll mean I've only knowingly ov'd 3 times in 9 cycles... :(

The internet is great in many ways, but not when it comes to googling medical conditions! There are many things it COULD be, but worrying about it won't help - especially on the TTC front. I'm sure it'll turn out to be something easily treatable, so don't fret my dear! :)

    Welcome morocha!

Going to see if DH is up for BDing tonight, not sure though as he's feeling poorly and I'm *ahem* quite dry now so not sure it'll be any good :o

Right, I'm off to bed. Sleep well everyone :)
