I've had a lovely day off, after having such a good time grouting the bathroom at the weekend I have made a start on the kitchen as well, lol.
Wow! I've never done grouting, well done:T
AF seems to have left the building, I seem to be having very short and light AFs since implant removal, does that mean anything? hmmm, will try to google that on this dodgy netbook!
Hope everyone has had a good day x
According to wiki: The average blood loss during a monthly menstrual period is 35 milliliters (or 4 to 6 tablespoons of menstrual fluid) with 10-80 milliliters considered typical

You are still young enough not to care about age:)
    :o
I know realistically I am but my mum was 38 when she went through the menopause. She won't really talk about it and the Dr has assured me it doesn't mean it will happen to me but I always worry. But then I always worry full stop!
That will still give you 8 years, some get pg after menopause too:)

Another day nearly over and I have resisted doing an early HPT. Not that I haven't been tempted!
    Well done:T
Have been trying to have a pampering day today. Organised a baby sitter for a few hours, and have had my hair cut and my eyelashes tinted. On my way home, bought myself a beautiful bunch of flowers. Tomorrow, I have also arranged to have a facial to keep my mind off things.
    Lovely:happyhear
If I can resist testing tomorrow, then I'll be 12dpo so not too unrespectable to cheat and cave in, though I am still trying to hold out until Saturday if I can. It sucks being this impatient :D
    Fingers crossed:)

I personally opted for the temping route as it gives you a whole picture and so much more information. I love having a month to month view and looking backat previous months. And based on all that it gives you a prediction for future months. I don't and prob won't go down the OPK's route as they are very expensive. I think so longs rumpy pumpy is regular enough you will hit the jackpot eventually without sticks. I am going for the SMEP this month as many have been lucky on it so far! Once a day round very peak time and all should be well :D

I agree I like temping. Makes it easy to see when its all plotted out on the chart.

Although I wonder if like last month, the hot weather might mess it up again as its supposed to be 28C at the weekend and thats getting close to my ovulation time! And the upstairs of our house gets sooo hot and humid. I cant believe its going to be that temperature in October!

I buy my OPKs from this website

    http://www.homehealth-uk.com/medical/ovulation-tests.htm

if anyone is interested. Theyre really cheap, I bought 25 for £4.14. I wouldnt buy the really expensive ones as I figure it does the same job.

I've also had a few days of spotting, not consecutive days but one day some then some more a couple of days later. I've convinced myself somethings going to go wrong. Nothing is going to go wrong, relax:o
But if something does go wrong, you'll need your DH.

We were given something when we were on honeymoon in March last year and i've kept it all this time so am going to say i've got a pressent for you and give him it!! I hope he remembers!! I'll come back and let you know how it goes!!

I had the same thing for the first 3 months after implanon, even now my AF is lighter than when I was on it. I went and asked my doc and she flippantly told me that if I didn't have 5 days of full flow then it was unlikely I had enough lining for a bean to attach to... I came on here all miserable and loads of now pregnant lurkers came out and said theirs had been really light and they got pg so she was talking rubbish! Basically, I wouldn't worry but it does seem to be normal for AF to go a bit mad after coming off implanon.

Just a quick breeze through, I've dedicated the evening, to getting all the photos and videos off my phone and sending to the in-laws and its a length process.

I cant help but hoping this is our month - its DW's 40th birthday present on Weds, I'donly be 9dpo, but I think I'll test just on the TINY off chance, I am pg and get a tlp... god, it would be AMAZING to tell her on her birthday/give it to her as a present!

I cant help feeling that I'm not though - cervix is low :/

That sounds amazing, do you think your DH suspects something?
