For those of you with Fertility Friend, there's a limited time offer on on Facebook, it's $24.95 for 1 year VIP:money:It has always been that he can't get enough - we'll see how that works out if it's on offer every day for a week! :rotfl:
Wish my DH can do that...Just put some dates into an ovulation calendar & my next fertile period is when we are away together for a few days :beer:0 -
hello all. just a quick update as I know a few ladies suffer from spotting in between periods. Been to see the dr about this on advice of the nurse when I had my smear. The most obvious causes have been ruled out as smear is normal, there is no infection and nothing has shown up on scans I've had. I told her about taking vit b and not having any spotting since and she agreed that vit b can help correct any hormone irregularities and it sounds like I my have sorted it myself :j0

Well ladies, after holding off for the whole day, I finally got home and tested.... it didn't work :rotfl: No control line, no nothing
So I waited an hour and a half and went and tried again.... BFN this time
Have just had a cuddle with OH and am off to watch the soaps with a nice glass of wineAs it's the first month properly trying I actually feel really positive (although obv not in a HPT kinda way :rotfl:). OH and I are closer than ever and, well, there's always next month

You are not out yet though, still keeping my fingers crossed:)0 -
Erm... where did my OV go?! This morning my temp was still very low, but it was about 44 hours since first +OPK. Still have EWCM today too, but the OPK was just negative as it was a little fainter than the control, but still very clear.
That was optemistic of you QQ to put me as 0DPO yesterday - my temps resemble a mountain range!
Think I've broken DH. This morning the man who usually has to be coaxed out of bed jumped up and into the shower like the bed was on fire. Turns out 7 times in 48 hours is as much as he can handle and I think he's a bit scared I'm going to come onto him again! Turns out things are a little tender after the weekend so I'll have to leave him alone for a bit.
I got sent a proof copy of 'Bump and Grind - a guide to getting pregnant' and I've been reading it the last few days. Lady tried for 3 years, all the IVF, herbs, drugs etc, and then fell pg naturally the month she 'gave up on science and went zen 'ie started yoga, meditation, and a detox diet. What was interesting to me though is she adopted 'The Way of the Rabbit' some fertility guru told her about (she'd been doing the every other day thing for all of her cycles) - basically never being more than 8 hours without BDing for 7 days!!! Literally at it like bunnies. I think my DH would love this at the start but start locking himself in the bathroom by the end of it! Supposedly most men have no issue keeping the quality high this while going this often, indeed being in a constant state of arousal produces more testosterone and can double the sperm count each go, and this ensures there is always fresh stuff in there in case the EWCM isn't ideal. I found it really interesting tbh, as it seems more logical to me than the every 2 days thing - more sex = more chance of babies surely?
Ha ha that is so funny. Can imagine him hiding in the bathroom.Halifax CC £1029/£2490, Tesco CC [STRIKE]£0/£3203[/STRIKE], Tesco loan £15431/£15808, Carloan1 £6743/£8241, Carloan2[STRIKE] £0/£3813[/STRIKE]

You are still young enough not to care about age:)
I know realistically I am but my mum was 38 when she went through the menopause. She won't really talk about it and the Dr has assured me it doesn't mean it will happen to me but I always worry. But then I always worry full stop!0 -
Oh, BTW, thanks for making me feel welcome everyone.0

Another day nearly over and I have resisted doing an early HPT. Not that I haven't been tempted!
Have been trying to have a pampering day today. Organised a baby sitter for a few hours, and have had my hair cut and my eyelashes tinted. On my way home, bought myself a beautiful bunch of flowers. Tomorrow, I have also arranged to have a facial to keep my mind off things. If I can resist testing tomorrow, then I'll be 12dpo so not too unrespectable to cheat and cave in, though I am still trying to hold out until Saturday if I can. It sucks being this impatient0 -
Welcome dovetail and ttc40, hope your stays here are short and sweet.
I've had a lovely day off, after having such a good time grouting the bathroom at the weekend I have made a start on the kitchen as well, lol.
AF seems to have left the building, I seem to be having very short and light AFs since implant removal, does that mean anything? hmmm, will try to google that on this dodgy netbook!
Hope everyone has had a good day x0
