People here are having a fantastic response from Vit B6! http://www.babyandbump.com/ttc-groups/12563-vitamin-b6-lengthen-luteal-phase-increase-progesterone-5.html

Just taken my 1st pill ... How do you take the evening primrose oil it mentions 3-6 capsules?! Do you take at certain times through month/with food?/any other things to be aware of. It's a gel capsule not taken any of those before.

My EPO said on the back 1 capsule (1000mg) 3x a day so I always took it with meals. Cycles have balanced out now though so I've stopped taking it.

    Oh no Lily.

    I often dread that happening.

Although our PA knows I'm trying and she can't keep her mouth shut so I'm sure the whole company will know soon enough!

Fingers crossed your PA keeps her mouth shut! :silenced:
Oh, don't worry, he won't have noticed! If he's anything like my top boss, he'll have been too busy trying to look down your top and up your skirt at the same time :p

However, I intend to use this weakness to my advantage if I get an interview for this management job... Muhahahahahahaha!

    PS: ROFL colli!!

Good luck with your application! :j

Bigzippy, sending you lots of (((hugs))) xxx

Fannyanna, I use CBFM and have PCOS. It still works for me, although just like my cycles, it's completely all over the place! BUT I don't take anything for my PCOS (yet), I also now use it in conjunction with IC OPKs and BBT! (can't test enough!!)
    Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j
