People here are having a fantastic response from Vit B6! http://www.babyandbump.com/ttc-groups/12563-vitamin-b6-lengthen-luteal-phase-increase-progesterone-5.html
Just taken my 1st pill ... How do you take the evening primrose oil it mentions 3-6 capsules?! Do you take at certain times through month/with food?/any other things to be aware of. It's a gel capsule not taken any of those before.
My EPO said on the back 1 capsule (1000mg) 3x a day so I always took it with meals. Cycles have balanced out now though so I've stopped taking it.If he says anything say you found this when googling a problem with your periods. Nothing will ever be said again :rotfl:0 -
:happyhear Sorry you're having a hard day bigZ x0

Oh no Lily.
I often dread that happening.
Although our PA knows I'm trying and she can't keep her mouth shut so I'm sure the whole company will know soon enough!
Fingers crossed your PA keeps her mouth shut! :silenced:divorcingjack wrote: »Oh, don't worry, he won't have noticed! If he's anything like my top boss, he'll have been too busy trying to look down your top and up your skirt at the same time
However, I intend to use this weakness to my advantage if I get an interview for this management job... Muhahahahahahaha!

Hahahaa!! Yes my flappy bits settled after the 1st day. LOL. Infact cd 3 and everything is slowing down quite quickly which is rare for me. That said I was bleeding like a tap and my toilet was like a crime scene ... sorry much much tmi I know!
:rotfl:
Never tmi on here! It's usually my bed that looks like a crimescene in the morning when I have AF no matter how much I plug and pad myself up, disgusting when hubby is on a backshift and doesn't get up til after I have gone to work :rotfl:
