I'm tierd. Sister got called in to do a trial 2 hours work for a new job. So I had to have little man. I spent ages rocking him in his blanket and singing twinkle twinkle little star. My arms are all jibbery like they are going to fall off! lol. Babies are hard work ;-)..........................and I love it!!

Awww, how old is he? :)

Yup! My youngest little sod, sorry darling, who turns two on Saturday has had 3 time outs today and 3 separate scoldings. Not all from me either so not just that I am in a grumpy mood today. Which I am now, but because of him. Examples include dipping my iPhone in a glass of water, and throwing said glass of water across the kitchen when iPhone rescued

    :eek::eek::eek::rotfl:

Apparently after SIL told MIL about the baby last night, MIL asked my nephew whether he would like either a brother or a sister he said 'no'. Oh dear...
  • Amanda thank you so much for taking the time to post your experience. It has given me some hope, I guess the next 24 hours will tell us the real answer. I can live in hope that my experience is similar to yours. If it's good news I'll be sure to let you know. I just cant help but want to class it as AF not IB, i guess its self defence, means I dont have as far to fall once I have confirmation!

If it is AF then at least I get another OV in before my birthday next month!

    Fingers crossed for you. :)

Claire, it is normal to get pg in few months to a year. People who get pg on their 1st month tends to brag about it, so we don't hear from normal people. Also, people who tried for years tend not to tell people that either. Same with mcs.

Good point. I actually told my DH we needed to start ttc when we did, because of the fact it can take up to a year - and thats normal. I just didnt actually think it would I guess! :) Or that it might but I was of course hoping it wouldnt! But I have the say the past 3 months have flown by.

We were laughing at the weekend at the fact you can have unprotected sex for 3 months you wont necessarily get pregnant, but when I was on the pill if I was more than 12 hours late with one, then it was no BD or condoms for a week! Seems kind of funny now!
  • Hi All,

Looks like I'm back here again - we got to 8wks-ish and I started bleeding so the EPU scanned me and it turned out to be a blighted ovum. I began to miscarry at the weekend, so we're just waiting on a scan tomorrow to show the all clear and to stop bleeding then we're back on the horse.

    What have I missed?!

Hugs to mrsrobertson, littlemissgiggle, lemonmelon and sa-ra-ra-ra, and anyone else who needs or wants one

secretdebts-I accidently bought concieve plus in Boots a couple of weeks ago-these things happen;)

    mrsbryan-have a fab holiday

sexymouse-thanks for the PMA link, had a wee tear in my eye reading the stories!

QQ-it is great having a teenager-when they behave like humans, lol, he is an age now where we can do really cool stuff together-I took him to see Bon Jovi during the summer, we had a brilliant time. He can be a right stroppy wee b*gger at times as well though, and frequently does my head in:mad:

whattodonow-welcome to the manic world of ttc:)

Hope everyone has had a good day, I'm shattered after going to Game last night and not getting home til half 1 and then having a tough day at work, on the up side of that I'm way too tired to SS :rotfl:
