What’s this talk of TTC fit club. I appear to have missed it? Can I join?
What's this CBFM (or whatever the initials are lol) thing I hear some of you guys mention? Is it like a posh OPK stick?0 -
fannyanna, the CBFM is the clearblue fertility monitor. It measures your Lutenizing hormone and your estrogen levels so it gives you a bigger fertile window to DTD.
Just done my Zumba DVD and I'm knackered! My weaknesses are cheese (I'm veggie so eat a lot of this), biscuits, cake and chocolate.
I'm off for a sit-down with neighbours whilst my HM soup is heating, then I'm off to hit the shower.

Little Miss Giggle - I'm giggling at "knicker watch" hehe
Still no AF here, but feeling achey so I think it's only a matter of time.
Would of those you that use the CBFM recommend it? Is the expense worth it do you think? x0 -

It's much easier than using OPKs for me, because it prompts you when you need to test based on the information it has gathered about you from previous cycles. It also gives you highs and then an egg symbol which takes some of the guesswork out of reading OPKs. However, the cost of the monitors and sticks seem to be increasing in price, so economically, it'd probably be cheaper to use OPKs.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -
I use a Cbfm and find it takes all the guess work away and helps you understand your cycle and your ov dates. For me I just like to know the dates I really should dtd being the high and peak dates. I don't tell oh when I get a peak and we dtd at other times too to try to keep the pressure to perform off him.0
