What’s this talk of TTC fit club. I appear to have missed it? Can I join?

Ooo yes of course you can! :D

Just done my Zumba DVD and I'm knackered! My weaknesses are cheese (I'm veggie so eat a lot of this), biscuits, cake and chocolate.

I'm a pesky pescatarian (don't eat meat but eat fish) and I eat a lot of cheese too. :o

Well I've just been out for a walk! Walked for 10 minutes and my thighs were burning (yes, that's how I unfit I am...:o) so sat on a bench for a few mins to recover.

Thought about coming back, but walked a further 10 mins round the block and bumped into my friend (never been so glad to see someone :rotfl:) who also works on this estate so caught my breath stopping to talk to her for a few mins. :D

Then I walked the rest of the block, which was about another 10 mins. So about 30 mins exercise altogether. So a good start! :)

What's this CBFM (or whatever the initials are lol) thing I hear some of you guys mention? Is it like a posh OPK stick?

Fannyana of course you can join! I had a complete stress out last night and declared war on my fat and wanted a buddy to help motivate me to shift some weight! so far a few have volunteered to join me in my battle! If I lose 1stone by Christmas that will be a 5% loss for me

Does anyone mind if we do the fit club talk in this thread as it is still TTC related or should I make a speerate fit club TTC thread to keep it seperate - we can set goals and work towards them together? Not assuming everyone will join, not everyone is a big bear like me!! But some may find it helpful! LittlerZippy could be our mentor as she has done so well!!

I'm still knicker watching (not as pervy as it sounds but glad it makes you giggle!) and have red AF light flow, am praying it will stop within 24 hours and I can dream it was implanation. I suppose it will not and I am out this month but a girl can hope.

TMI alert - its red like AF but is based in stretchy EWCM fluuid - so not quite like normal AF which gives me hope but In my heart I know IB should be brown not red so I think i'll have a bath tonight and mope before getting my PMA ready for next month!

Lily I'm actually a pescetarian too, but DH can't stand fish, so I only get to eat tuna in sandwiches and the occasional fishfinger at the most.
Well done for your walking. Keep up the hard work. I've discovered that it isn't that easy to do my Zumba DVD, as my trainers are gripping the carpet too much. I'm used doing classes in a hall with a smooth floor, so my knees are suffering now.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I thought I'd better say I was pescetarian as if I say I'm veggie but eat fish some vegetarians take offence!

That's a shame your DH doesn't like fish. I do like a nice fish pie with salmon and prawns... with cheese sauce... and cheesy mash... :o You can see why I have weight to shift! :rotfl:

I have zumba on the wii but not tried it yet, and last time I looked I couldn't find a class near me, will have to search again, I'm sure they pop up all the time now.

I wouldn't have done it if you hadn't mentioned starting fit club last night so thank you! :)

I've got zumba on the wii too. Have had it for ages and tried it once for about 10 minutes - and then collapsed in a big, sweaty heap.

That stuff is hardcore - although I am EXTREMELY unfit.

Afternoon all! I REALLY want to do some ss but I have no symptoms whatsoever. Nothing, not even AF symptoms :o. Just to prove our bodies keep us on our toes I haven't had a cycle like this since ttc. A bit of consistency would be nice. Still, this cycle seems "better" than others but I don't think we timed bding right so I'm not holding out much hope.

Why is it the first 3/4 of the month fly by but the rest draaaaaggggggsss? Like the last hour in the office on a Friday afternoon I guess :rotfl:
  • Ladies I will make a seperate TTC fitness thread - I just need to find the time to do it. That way we can keep this thread for the joys of TTC and out fitness focus on another thread so those who do not wish to focus on that aspect can lead their TTC life in peace :D I'll update with link to thread when I have had time to make it etc. :)
  • Hello ladies, I'm new to this board and was wondering what to do, and if I am permitted, to join you? Felt a bit down yesterday after trying for three months and the "AF" arrived :( so could do with the support and advice... Would be nice to hear all the success stories too. Can I join in??
