    Hello girls:wave:

becca, people do say Soy works better on their second cycle:p
    Tinkwings, those are lovely fabrics:happyhear
Squirrels, (((hugs))). Your friend may be feeling awkward since you don't have a child. Maybe she's trying to be sensitive?
lilymay, I took 50mg to start with. Done 100mg once but 50mg worked better for me. I think normally they'll start you off with 50mg. I've heard of people getting half that too.
KScarlet, hope conceive plus will do the trick agin:)
Hopefor3, welcome:wave: I've added you to the list on the first page, let me know if you'd like anything changed and/or your age added.
As for the error on CBFM, did you pee enough at the right place?
claire, clomid can make better eggs and make it more attractive to sperm:cool:
loulou, don't forget to keep BDing in case you ov later than you think. After getting scans, I noticed I ov'd a day later than I always thought:o
good vibes, that's a hard one. Men generally hates BDing to make babies. It should be spontaneous and with love (zzzzzzz).
I was never able to persuade DH to step up (more than once a week), but good luck:o

I must have an odd DH. He prefers BDing to make babies. He likes to know when I'm ov-ing and has asked me to let him know in advance when he needs to 'plant some seeds in the garden'. His phrase, not mine!

The doctor has just called and says that everything looks normal but I now have to go in and discuss the next step, I assume that's a scan? I suppose it's time for OH to get himself tested too, he'll be thrilled with that! :p

Oh and I think my OH likes TTC BD, he still feels naughty doing it! ;) I just wish I could get him to do it more often when it counts! :o

    Thank you guys,
If you look at overall in a month we are healthy. Both do shift work so it depends on when time together and being on different shifts. I admit early shift are a killer for both.
It's upping it up over ov time and how to explain that or drop hints without making him feel pressured.
I can't go to a Gp in a couple months with not upping it up around ov time.
So far most BDing around that 4-5 window is twice.

Have not told OH, when I am reaching that window yet, because he said he wounldn't like the pressure when we choose to ttc. It's just finding more of a way of little hints etc. I know a sit down chat will have to come about "you want it too, so more effort needed and a bio lesson"
Oh well, he's out washing my car atm, which do appreciate. I would rather he used that energy on me LOL

Hi all. Hope everyone is ok.
Well CD 28 for me and I am starting with AF symptoms. Swollen stomach and sore b00bs.
Should I go to the doctors after trying for a year or should I leave it longer? I have been told it can take 18 months to get pregnant and should leave it until then. Thought it would have happened by now and I am worrying that there is something wrong.
I ovulate around the same time each month at roughly cd18 and have a cycle of 32 days. OH is worried that it is him.
I know that everyone on here is in a similar position of waiting and wondering.

From what I have found out flee if your over 35 it's worth having a chat with GP. NHS poilcy backs this up.
Under 35 they say after a year of ttc, but some people still seem to get in before that

Tea - What dose of Clomid are you taking? 50 or 100? Will I be started on 50 to begin with d'you think?

I'm on 50, and working up to 1500 of metformin (on 1000 this week, then step up again next week).

Obviously I'm definitely not a dr but from other people I've spoken to, and on here, most people do seem to start at 50. But definitely one to discuss with your FS as they will clearly have a much better idea what they're talking about :D

Feel a bit stupid as for some reason I thought as soon as I took clomid I'd ov on CD14. No idea why I thought that as no one has ever told me that, just getting a bit over-optimistic I think lol. Oh well, hopefully it won't be too much later than that. Was CD20 last month (completely non-medicated) which is really good for me. Got another scan on mon so fingers crossed there's something to look at this time.

Back with personals later - am in the middle of training a young guy and I'm guessing he won't want to catch sight of all this talk of CM and sore b00bs - might scar him for life!!:rotfl:
