If/when AF arrives, i will be taking soy next cycle too so if anyone has any advice i would be grateful!
I want to try and bring ovulation forward a liddle bit

Maybe not with the black cohosh. I was taking it for pms but its not recommended for ttc. Whoops. Stop taking that one then.

Just watching a tv show and one of the characters has just been told he has a low sperm count. I think perhaps one of the writers has maybe been through it because it had him coming out of the surgery and seeing all the pregnant women and then loads of kids. I know how he felt.

I always empty my bladder before and after sex i do feel lije its a wate when i go the toilet after bding as i feel im flushing them all down the loo

So do i take it from ff ive already ov do i still do the opks till af or do i stop now

If you've already ov you've no need to do the opk any more this cycle.

I did opk till I got a positive detecting the surge, then bd daily, kept testing twice a day until I got a neg - the neg shows that the egg has been released. We'd bd for a day after first getting an opk neg as the egg is in its fertilisation window then.

Razwaz the blanket is lovely.

My OH was recovering at the weekend from his biopsy and I was full of the cold but I did manage to persuade him to BD as I had ewcm. Who said romance was dead!!!

Some really good PMA lists around at the moment, I wish I could get some as I feel really stuck at the moment .

I told OH by waving the stick under his nose first thing this morning. I am so romantic :rotfl:

QQ - TBH I had no real SS to note. I felt a bit hungover yesterday morning - bit sicky and headachy without having been near alcohol and have been quite tired. The only real thing is I cried in work last week. I never cry especially not in work. It wasn't a full on sobbing fit but definitely leaky eyes.

Congratulations Penguin!!! Have a wonderful 9 months.

Having a very bad day, had a late night last night because of work, so tried to have a lie in. That was until I was rudely awoken by banging, and then even louder banging, followed by extremely loud crashing, as my bathroom ceiling and roof fell in. Luckily we are renting, and some builders that were repairing next door (same landlords) went and put their foot through our rotten roof. We have been reporting that our roof has been leaking for 2 years now and they've done nothing, luckily it usually leaks over the bath. But turns out that it was majorly leaking and has rotted the rafters. OH said that the rafters were the consistancy of a cadbury's flake!
So had to spend the day with no bathroom (luckily we have an outside toilet) as it's full of tiles and plaster, and an open view of the sky. Luckily they have fixed the actual roof, so at least we are water tight again, but have to wait another week for them to fix the ceiling.

Very long day, baby sitting tomorrow as well as waiting for the builders to finish the roofing.
Was meant to be going and seeing Magic Mike at the cinema tomorrow night, but am too knackered to do much at the moment.

My God Vesper, what a day! Hope the bathroom gets sorted quickly I was supposed to be going to see Magic Mike tonight but have had to move it to next week as my friend isn't available. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to it... and Channing Tatum's bottom has nothing to do with it!

Thanks for the explanation of how you used OPKs Jojo, will try that this month! I have such a bad memory that I'm lucky if I remember to pee on one OPK a cycle, never mind 2 a day, but I will try!
