Sounds like good news nikola. We're at cov hospital too. So far the treatment has been good, and the waiting times aren't too bad. The only downside of the place is the crap parking lol.

Tealover - forgot to say, good luck for your OH's SA. Hope it's all ok. Hospital parking is a pain the *** but much easier to deal with than poor treatment or long waits :)

OH just text, he's on his way back to work. The appt was only at 10.30 so he didn't hang around! :rotfl:

Our next appt is next wed (11th) so fingers crossed it's good news.

THanks for all your thoughts and kind words, ladies.

I won;t be rejoining you for some time as I am waiting for my referral for investigations, and won't be TTC until we know the results of those. Clearly there is something wrong, rather than it just being 'bad luck' so we need to find out what and if it can be treated. I really hope so as if it's not treatable then we have a hard decision to make.

Anyway, I sincerely hope that none of you are still here when I do come back in a few months, and that you all get your BFPs and your forever babies very soon.

I may lurk for a little while but I don;t think I will for very long, because it is going to be too painful. It is bad enough that I do a lot of work with newborns and babies IRL without torturing myself online too.

    Love to you all xxxx

To be honest, I have no idea when I ovulated! My cycles have been anything from 30 days to 48 days over the last eight months, more recently they've been between 30 and 35.

Good luck with your blood tests this week, and try to do lots of things to distract yourself from thinking about ttc in the meantime if you can!! :)

Between 30-35 is great, no? Mine are 29 and I know I am ovulating, just not until CD21 which I think is the problem.

I'm feeling desperately sad about my daughter today. I don't know why, I think Skint's news coupled with beig tired has made me feel very teary.

Skint - I really really hope you get the answers and treatment you need. Good luck and keep us updated if you can. We are all thinking about you and wishing you the best. Xxx

Quick question about OPKs, I've read that you should use them between 2-8pm for best results, is that based on what time you get up? Just wondering if I wake up late do I need to use it later in the day?

I've got pretty irregular bedtimes at the moment as I'm coming off some of my old meds for TTC and they mess your sleeping up for a few months so just wondering if I need to adjust my testing times depending on when I get up.

Thanks for the congrats girls. Lets me know im not too broken and ohs sa will see if they need to do in to get the lazy lil !!!!!!s as he probable damaged his tubes twisting his bollock when he was 16 n not going to get it treated till 2 weeks after thecinitial twisting as he has a high pain threshold as he has ibs n had over 150 ops as a kid as he was a he wont survive the night baby. Then he wont make it to a day old n then he wont see his 20th bday 38 yrs later n hes still proving them wrong.

On the subject of car park charges at cov we got a mate to drive him over in our car and wait for him was v strange felt like we were robbing someone of something lol.

We didnt wanna pay £15 for half n hrs parking so we either do that or park in hombase n walk over.

Hugs to all cd1s n skintchick hope they find the cause soon
