Congratulations maire! How lovely to see someone with success on the day I join the thread.

Elsie37 - how annoying of your husband, I'd say kick him in the balls but I suppose that would be no good long-term ;-)

I tested on the day before i got AF last week and it was negative, but because it was just spotting for a couple of days I will test again on friday, just to make sure. I'm probably not but live in hope!

Going on holiday next week (just a caravan jobbie) and due to ovulate towards end of holiday so thinking of giving ttc a miss for this month as I want to relax and drink Pimms lol. And no way is hubby going to be teetotal while on holiday. I'm still unclear on how long alcohol affect sperm for and if it affects the egg if I drink. I make hubby abstain for a week before we try but some of the websites say 3 months is best. No chance of that I think.

    congratulations Marie!!!

Quick question, do you tend to get stretchy ewcm before, during or after Ov? Got loads at the moment (sorry tmi) but OH is fast asleep and I don't want to wake him up unless this is our only chance. I don't want to be out this month due to not even trying.

    Big hugs ttc40.

Well that didn't work, OH has decided his sleep is more important than me. Will just have to wait for him to finish work tomorrow morning, grrrrrr. Looks as though we won't be lucky again this month

yes I told him and tried to entice him, nothing worked. He just got all grumpy and said it was nothing that couldn't wait til tomorrow. Grrrr why don't men listen to anything they are told????
