Sorry been MIA the last few days but have been so ill I haven't left my bedroom since Sunday evening. Still don't feel well now, but it's hubbie's birthday and I'm trying to make a bit of effort, especially as I wished him happy birthday earlier and he hadn't even realised,

The SMEP isn't working so far having been ill. Hopefully shall be able to impliment it this weekend in time of OV. I never bothered to reset the cbfm this month and I don't have any OPK, so I'm just going with the flow as have no idea when I will OV this month, esp as last month was cd15/16, the month before cd25-ish.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Marie - Its kind of hard to see cos the piccie size is quite small. I can see what I would maybe call a shadow, but I can't see if thats an evap line or a TLP. Your chart looks promising tho. Was that done with FMU? I would try to save your wee for 4 hours and test again or wait til the morning and test again for a better answer. Fingers crossed tho

Vesper - sorry to hear you have been ill. Happy birthday to Mr Vesper  Hope you are feeling lots better soon :A

Bigbird, lol at yr hubbie wanting a fridge for beers :rotfl: Its a good plan tho. Don't think I'd especially want to store my wee in my fridge either, no matter how secure the container is. It just seems a little bit wrong somehow :rotfl:

Lemonmelon - sending some PMA your way :j:j I'm an eternal optimist, I can't help it. Does come back and smack me in the face tho when things do go wrong tho as I definately don't expect it :o:o:o

Got another pee test tomorrow so hopefully the levels will go down again. Getting in a little routine now, pee test fri morning, results the following weds morning. Not getting as nervous or wound up about it now tho.

Had a bad moment yesterday at work when a regular customer came and said congratulations were in order. My brother must have told her the news last time she was here as I hadn't told her :( Had to explain it all, which was a bit hard. Think its the first time I had to tell the whole story in person - a lot of the time I have told people via text or email if I needed them to know (note to self - try not to tell *quite* so many people before the scan next time). I did ok tho. Luckily PMA was high, or I would have probably been sobbing and made a right show of myself. :o

    Cd1.

So this lunaception thing - I just wear a mask til cd13 then sleep without for 3 days then put the mask back on again? I'm not sure I sleep very well with it on, but willing to try anything to avoid 40 day cycles.

Marie - hope you have got a digi to try with FMU tomorrow.

Good news here, I have finally got my laparoscopy booked in - next Tuesday (privately).

I have also got to the top of the NHS list! It's only been 2 months & I was told it would be about 5.

As the insurance company is paying, I'll be going privately. It's the same consultant doing the op but I'll have a nicer room at the private hospital (& DH won't have to pay to park)!

I asked the consultants secretary to find out how long I should plan to be off work - she has said 1 - 4 weeks! I was expecting her to say a few days.

It does depend on what they end up doing, someone has told me they were tender for a few days & off a week. I'm expecting to be back at work by the following Monday (and probably working from home before that). It will be a shock if I do have a long recovery!
