Lunaception ladies:
If i sleep with an eye-mask on from now until AF/BFP, will it help in any way? Something to do with lengthening LP or maintaining progesterone levels? Google isn't giving me any answers14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -

I totally forgot to take a picture of my cupcakes (and they wern't anything special) but here is a picture of the 'New Baby' cake I made for my sister-in-law back in January when she gave birth to her longed for baby girl
I have to be honest - I had a little bit of help from my mother who used to make cakes professionally...but I did most of it!
P.S - All the decorations, including the shoes, came from Hobbycraft if anyone is interested!14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -

I think its supposed to help yes. Also its great for not having the light wake you up so early in the summer.
Im doing lunaception for 2nd month running- and fingers crossed its worked again and Im ov today! Which is day 22 which is not quite as good as day 19 last month, but still really really good for me! The eyemask kept slipping off this month so perhaps thats why.
It also seems to give me a slightly higher temp sleeping with an eyemask, dont know if that has anything to do with progesterone??0 -
6 dpo and cramping again. I'm out. This happens every cycle now, af cramp from 5 to 6 dpo, getting worse and worse til af finishes. That means about 15 days of cramping each cycle and I don't get the 'am I pg?' excitement as from 5 dpo I know it's over.
Don't know what could be wrong. Docs appointment booked anyway, might get answers then.0 -
Congratulations countrybum!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0
