    they are ace tinkwings!
QQ i think i'm going to test in the morning if AF hasn't arrived, DH is all excited at the possibility so i'd rather we both had it in black and white, so i might get a digi after work when i go get wool for my next project, blanket went down a storm :)

funnily enough this weekend my mum's been showing us notebooks of when we was born, and it does seem a bit hit and miss how much we were jealous/loved the little sibling

for example (i'm the littlest, 15months between me and middle) middle would make a scene when mum would breastfeed me so she had to do it in private, but then again she had to put me in a pram most of the time cos middle and eldest used to touch and kiss me so much i ended up with an eye infection! lol
when middle was a baby and eldest wanted a cuddle off whoever was holding her, she'd say 'middle wants to crawl' so they'd put her down so eldest could get on their knee! craft beggar :)
oh and when i was about 14 months if i ever wanted something i used to stand in front of middle and shout until i got it lol x x

    teamlowe - fingers crossed!

My sister's 4 years older than me and was massively jealous when I was born. When my mum used to collect her from school (with me in the pram) she'd say our mum was a childminder and that she was an only child.

She also used to try and give me away to her friends' parents.

    She got over it eventually!

    Hi Ladies (& Gent, I understand :D)!

I hope all is well with you!

Just wondering if I could pick your brains/experiences. Have any of you ever had a water infection that delayed your period? I woke up with one last Monday, went straight to the docs, got antibiotics and it's all clear now, but my period still hasn't showed and it's CD33 now. It is showing signs that it will appear soon, but my longest cycle so far has been 33 days and that was because I ovulated later. I'm pretty sure I ovulated around the same time as usual this month though. So I'm a bit confused and wondering if the infection and medicine has messed things up a bit.

    Any experience with the above?

    Cheers!

Got my fingers crossed for you TeamLowe! :)

My brother was 4 when I was born and I don't think there were any issues with him being (very) jealous, he adored me :o He did used to play tricks though, my Mum would put me on the sofa and leave the room for a minute and she'd come back to find me on the floor at the other end of the room... apparently I'd moved there all by myself! :p He used to be my translator too, I'd babble at him and he'd tell my parents what I was saying... it was usually 'Birdie wants a biscuit... and she says I should have one too!' :)

LOL at your big sister Tea Lover! :)

My friend has twin sisters 7 years younger than her. She says she can remember them both crying for hours on end and snapping at her Mum to shut them up, her Mum said, 'You're the one who begged us for more kids' and my friend shouted back, 'I only asked for ONE!' :rotfl:

I don't think water infection and AF are related. Could you be pg?:D

TeamLowe - everything crossed for you

Somebody slap me... we weren't even properly trying last month and I am SS-ing :rotfl: Waiting for AF to show; I think I'm 14DPO and wish it would hurry up so that I can get on with the next cycle and stop faffing around making up pregnancy symptoms. I'm just extremely tired but that just might have something to do with the jet lag and the fact that I haven't been in work for the past two weeks and am struggling to get back into it!!
