MV I thought you only had to be employed my the same employler for 26 weeks when you are 15 weeks from your EDD. It's only company enhanced mat pay that you may have had to have worked there longer. Some say six months some 12, you'll need to check your contract for that bit.

As long as you have worked for your employer since before you got pregnant, even if it's only by 1 day, you are entitled to SMP from them

Emsbet is right, the length of service only matters for any enhancement they pay.
My company pay all 9 months @ full pay if you have 5 years service in a certain pay bracket...! Unfortunately I will have done all my baby making by then :rotfl:14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
