Amen to that! My SIL in tears yesterday as AF started and Im due tomorrow and feeling the cramps already so not far behind!

Been away for only a few days and so many BFPs!!! CONGRATULATIONS ALL, and good luck on your 9 month (fx) journey!!

Havent read back fully yet, but good luck for those still waiting for AF and hugs for those on AF

I have my pelvic ultrasound to check for PCOS tomorrow, fingers crossed I dont start AF by then as I really don't want to postpone it! Also, once AF starts Im going to get some clearblue digi ov thingies, and see if they work better than IC OPKs.

QQ - the stick last night was about the same as the one on Friday. I think I just didn't ov though as I have fertile cm atm. Sigh. clearly going for another epic cycle. Didn't manage to get DH in the mood. I think even if I'd sat on the floor and fired ping pong balls from my foof, he'd still have preferred to watch tv. Sigh. His lack of drive in that area doesn't make me feel great tbh.

Anyway, had a weird dream this morning. I was in a hall and it went dark and a voice from the darkness said 'your children will come when they are ready and they will change the world'. Then i woke up.

Hmmm ovulating once a year and a partner who doesn't want to mate. That sounds familiar. Maybe I should change my name to codepanda.

Hugs... but the ping pong comment did make me laugh! My OH's drive is low too, thinks he's Mr Sex God right now because he performs one day a weekend and once during the week! Was feeling a little frisky last night but got nowhere since I'd already had my mid-weeker on Tuesday! In the book I've just read (which is admittedly a bit of a dirty book so to be taken with a shovel-full of salt!) the couple are having sex about 5 times a night... I'm like, pfft, we've never even managed 5 times a week! :eek:

I think that's really nice. Just hope they're ready soon! I keep telling myself that our baby will come when it's ready and it does give me some comfort.

We are definitely near the panda end of the scale too. I seem to ovulate about twice a year and it's never when OH is in the mood.

Life would be a lot easier if we just BD'd every day. I'm not sure we've ever done more than 2 days in a row though, even when we first got together. I think we're just lazy.

Annoyingly am still spotting (CD8 now). Reckon the hycosy has made it last longer than usual. Which is just typical as for once I am massively in the mood, and can't do anything about it. Apologies for tmi but hey, who else can you tell these things to?? :rotfl:

:wave: to everybody, I'm back from my trip to the US - had a great time! We are definitely out this month because DH was not up for the goodbye BD I tried to initiate after I'd noticed the EWCM last week! I didn't tell him about the EWCM as we are not meant to be trying this month. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I am 8DPO which means I OV'd really early in my cycle (compared to usual!). I've not been temping so can't be sure, we'll see when AF shows up. It was nice to have a week off thinking about ttc and not worrying about what I was drinking and eating. Back on the ttc wagon as soon as next AF arrives.

I'm thinking of going to the doc to see if I have PCO(S) - does anybody know if they will check you out even if you haven't been trying for a year? I have long, irregular cycles, and I have way too much body hair!!! (sorry for TMI!). Is that enough of a reason to get checked? Would appreciate any advice - thank you.

Tea lover, glad its not just me. I have to say I'd be up for it more often but when i see the smep advice about every other day, I know that's not possible, unless i can get myself pregnant.

Mrsj, the doctor should check you out for pcos without TTC for a year. They did with me. They'll ask your symptoms and take blood then take it from there.
