Looks like it's gonna be CD1 for me today, so am officially signing off.
But in the words of Arnie - I'll be back! (minus 1 ovary)
Thank you so much to everyone for their support, advice and knowledge. This is a fantastic forum and it's been comforting to hear from people going through the same experiences and emotions and I have learned so much from you all.
I wish you all your BFP's very soon and will be popping in to check up on you all.

For ladies with longer cycles - is it anything to worry about?
Thanks in advance for replies!
I have the same problem (apart from this month where I officially ovulated at a 'normal' time for the first time ever!! Im hoping it was down to the lunaception because I can easily keep that up!
But I also found out something quite reassuring yesterday (after reading all sorts of scary stuff on the net.
So, one of my friends who is pg, told me that it took her about 15 months to get pregnant, however in that time she actually had around 10 cycles or so because of her cycles being irregular. I asked her if she had ever seen a doctor after the 12 month point and she said no, but she has a friend who is a gp, and she was talking to her more casually about it one day and her advice was:
dont panic about irregular cycles - even if they are really long (my friend said she went about 9 weeks once with no AF). The important thing is that you are ovulating. so if you have no signs of ov, then yes you should prob see a doctor.
2nd - although they say to go to a doc after 12 months, she said that in her opinion you should wait til 18 months or even 2 years if you are happy to, unless you are mid 30s in which case 12 months is fine. As it can often be such a thing of perfect conditions/timing/etc, that 12 months is not always long enough for a perfectly healthy person.
But, if you have long cycles, you could change that from 18 months to 18 cycles or 2 years to 24 cycles so that would actually be longer if you see what I mean.
she said in her experience, women having textbook cycles of 28 days is actually not that common and its more likely for someone to be irregular than regular.
anyway - disclaimer Im not giving out medical advice or anything and of course anyone should see a doc if they are worried! But it made me feel more reassured. and my friend is pg so the proof is in the pudding hehe!0 -

Hello everyone,
Congratulations Welshgirl!!!! Hope this is your forever baby. I wish you a nice pregnancy and an healthy baby.
QQ amd Claire I'm sooooooooooo happy that lunaception worked for you too:j:j:j.
Clarie: you've OV day 19 :j. I can see that March was day 28 which is really, really good!!! How were your other cycles? Long?Is you hubby happy that you OV early this month?
QQ are you 100% sure that this helped you? Just curious as I've OV both time I've tried plus both times I would've had short cycles than normal, if there weren't BFPs.
Please don't forget to wear the mask after OV as it helps with the LP. I still use my mask and I will wear it until the second trimester (helps with the progresterone levels).
Still  that lunaception works. How is that possible ?:rotfl::rotfl:
QQ I wish you all the best tomorrow!
Hugs to everyone and I do miss chatting with you ladies!:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000 -
