Tea_lover, I love the imagery of our eggs hovering at the top of a diving board, peeking over the edge and trying to get the courage to jump! :p

I think those of us with stupidly long cycles have scaredy-cat eggs.

I think mine just aren't very sporty. They climb up the steps every month and happily throw themselves off the board with wild optimism, but then either bellyflop off the surface or sink to the bottom of the pool without trace. :rotfl:

Definitely! It doesn't surprise me though as I've never been able to jump off even the lowest board in the pool! :o Maybe I should start being brave and my eggs will follow suit?! :p

COMP, I remember my first real AF after coming off the pill, I thought someone was trying to rip out my abdomen! It was Christmas day and I made OH go to the 24-hour garage to buy me Nurofen!

It's not the pain that's bothering me, it's how heavy it is! :o my thi

I was told it was to do with too much sugar causing LH to rise, and as LHs are similar to hcg (pg hormone), the ovary thinks we are already pg and doesn't release the egg:o

Mine went over 20 on my January IVF cycle, and I tried to lower it by not eating sugar, and I think it worked, but the eggs seems to have been affected, and none divided:o

Maybe if I actually go to the gym and stop just saying I will, it will shame my eggs into action!

    Hi ladies!

COMP I was exactly the same, mine have luckily settled down, i hope your will follow suit! I second what QQ says, its just having a good clear out for you :)

MrsH- I havent been here long but you have supported all of us through our journeys and you will be missed! I wish you allt he best for the future

BZ- massive hugs for you and dh, I hope things start to look up soon for you x

DB- any news? I have everything crossed for you :D

AFM- AF still isnt here. I dont have cramps but i do have (TMI ALERT) very small amount of dark spotting, not enough to even reach the liner, just when I wipe (sorry i did warn of TMI lol). Im so confused, I never get any spotting before AF normally and she was due yesterday. I am very wary of taking a test and getting a BFN as i did that last month and had a bit of a meltdown so i think ill have to hold on and see what happens and maybe test at the weekend when i dont need to leave the house lol!:D
