hi everyone, thank you for the kind words.

i managed to keep my wee until 8pm so when i went it was more of a darker yellow colour. Used another of the ICs and same thing very very light line it was at that point i just thought 'sod it' and whacked the clearblue out of its packet and it seemed to take bloody ages but this is what happened:

can believe it, i suppose you can see all the little lines in the world but seeing it written 'pregnant' doesnt half have an impact. My belly felt like it fell through the fall, (in a good shocked way) which isnt how i thought i would react seeing as we knew what we have been doing and kind of planning it

Afterwards i just went into the living room with the digi behind my back (like some sort of kid), oh looked at me and i just shoved the digi in his face, i didnt know what to say, felt really nervous as he didnt know anything about the faint lines today.

We've been talking the last hour and half not really knowing what to say, its really brilliant but for us its a case of having to put the news back in the bag until 12 weeks (if all goes ok) because of my past history twice before. So only me and oh will know (and of course you ladies as well ) in case something does happen dont really want family expectations as well to carry on my shoulders.

but anyway trying not to think that far, just going to enjoy right now and stare at the digi somemore

just wanted to say when i had the chance how lovely everyone has been on this forum and even though my journey of TTC has been up and down its really helped me coming on here and hearing of stories of weird size foofs or pantyliners :rotfl:, it makes it bearable to laugh sometimes. I dont really want to go anywhere and really from the bottom of my heart if i could wish for anything would be for all the lovely ladies on here to get their wish.

I will be of course stalking you all from the sidelines though (hopefully in a non scary way)

Ooh goodluck cleofish, fingers crossed for a bfp in the next few days! Your hcg levels should double every 48-72 hours but can fluctuate throughout the day so I wouldn't worry about getting a slightly fainter line, may just be you had an extra sip of water I'm that time! Really hoping your digi gives you the right answer

QQ, I know but it still always makes me sad for cd1 even if I know there's no chance, I keep hoping for a miracle! Exciting about your IVF

Cleo, i was thinking a positive is a positive but I know it is hard to believe when it is yourself - woop woop for the digi, it makes it so real!

Have been visiting my sisters 4 day old today, so lovely but a little bit sad too. Hopefully it will be lots of us here next Mothers Day x x

Does anybody know if you shouldn't be swimming during your 2ww... I'm supposedly 2dpo and we went today, and now Im panicked that wasn't a good idea.

Congratulations cleofish!!

I tested this morning and got a very very faint line on 2 ic. I'll wait till wed to use a SOHU one as that will be 14dpo. Not getting my hopes up though.
