Congratulations Cherry Drop, was beginning to get concerned that March was cursed! Lol
Went to the Trafford centre last night, saw two families with cuute little boys and mum pregnant, green eyed monster came out just a tad. Then again, in pizza hut one kid was wailing for attention and that made me glad we didn't have any for now lol
I did manage to get 2 bras from la senza for a fiver each, considering I didnt even know they did bras in my size I reckon that a right bargain!
Had a really really mental long dream about being n limbo and trying to get to heaven. Woke up just as we decided that we had to wait for macca pacca to come and go to sleep (we was all in beds for some reason). I don't even remember which one macca pacca is!
Still nothing happening with me grr. Just want is month over with so I can try the lovely generous Kavics' Angus castusThanks and the oy isoflavones I bought and temp x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

You guys... :cool::D
Thank you SO much lovely for all your nice messages after my miserable post yesterday. It really does help to write it all on here and I feel very supported by everybodyFeeling happier today and have a nice lunch planned with some girlfriends as DH is away for the weekend.
Cherrydrop - congratulations :j:j:j Hooray for the first March BFP! So happy for you, hope you enjoy a very healthy and happy 9 months
:j for EWCM Sa-ra-ra-ra and Abis!! Enjoy lots of weekend BDing
rumfeeble ((hugs)) for CD1. Hope you can treat yourself to something nice this weekend.
vesper sorry to hear about DH being a bit of a tool... and hope the weekend is better.mrsj28, (((hugs))), my DH also has the same problem (not being able to finish near ov time). Seems TTC BD is massive pressure for DH/OHs
I agree, it does seem to be a lot of pressure. This month I didn't even tell him I think I might be OVing soon (although I only know from a bit of stretchy cm, no ewcm yet), but he said later that he thought it was 'about that time of the month' and felt pressure. No temp rise yet, so fingers crossed I'll OV next week and we might get a chance to BD tomorrow evening.for this month i just wanted for a change to be able to say that we have done everything we can do timing/bd wise to try to have a baby and if it doesnt happens it doesnt happen but least we have tried our best.
Couldn't have put it better myselfMrsj28 - How is the lunaception test going? Any positive OPKs yet? About your OH, you should try to help him (give him a massage and dress sexy and you never now, he might be more relaxed)
Thanks, Aida - I'm not doing the lunaception very strictly, but I do have my bright alarm clock switched on at night. I had some stretchy CM over the last couple of days which suggests I might be gearing up for OV! Good suggestion about the massage...
Nicki - lol about the cinema. I often fall asleep during films... I think it's the nice dark room and the comfy chairs...
Have a lovely weekend ladies!0 -
Thank you so much everybody, I couldn't sleep at all last night, so here I am at 7.30am on my day off!!
I'm so so scared this isn't real, could it be a chemical pregnancy?? Do they still show on a digi? I honestly don't feel any different, just a bit more lumpy. You know ladies say they "knew" they were pregnant, I didn't/don't. Maybe beanie is just settling and getting comfortable before throwing everything at meI haven't been sick since I was about 15, and I HATE throwing up but i'm hoping and praying for awful morning sickness so I can shut myself up.
I'm so so sorry i'm being so negative, it's just things don't normally go the right way for me and it feels like someone is going to snatch it all away soon. Like a BFP on a flippin clearblue digi isn't enough proof for me! I'm going to make an appt to see the doc on my next day off which is Thursday, hopefully that will make it feel a bit more real. We're also going to town on the way to my parents today so will pop into 99p shop and grab a load more tests :shhh:
Cleofish- I was going to start OPK's this month but don't need to now! Nothing special at all, no temping or anything. I'm kind of -in a weird way- lucky, I get the worst ov pains so I just made sure we BD for 4 days in a row from the day I started getting them and i always have EWCM in abundance around that time so BD ever other day the week before ov pain as thats when I get the ewcm. I was also off on holiday as well so was really well rested and relaxed, no work stresses or anything. I know that's hard for everybody to do and it's easier said than done but we'd been trying for 6 months and the one month i'm on holiday, we catch. So I do feel a clear mind and relaxed body really do count.
Abis- Yay! You WILL get your BFP this month! xx
Apart from all the negativity, I am still really excited :jGoing to hang around here a bit longer though, it's all squishy and comfy, i'm not ready for a scary new thread yet!!0 -
Congratulations cherrydrop :j
Don't worry about not having any symptoms. A lot of women don't get any until about 6/7 weeks or later and some don't get any at all. Being pregnant doesn't "feel" how I'd imagined it. Although this time round I was more expecting a BFP as I recognised the little signs, the "classic" symptoms (nausea, tiredness etc) didn't kick in until gone week 6 and even then they've been quite mild.
Try not to stress and worry too much, difficult I know, as it won't make any difference to the outcome other than to ruin this time for you.
When you feel ready maybe pop along to the <12 weeks thread as there are lots of lovely ladies on there who are experiencing the same and will be able to offer reassurance.

Thank you so much emsbet. I started reading the last few pages on the less then 12 weeks thread yesterday, i might build up the courage a bit later onYou are completely right about not being able to change the outcome. Hopefully now i've got all that out of my system I can carry on just being happy and hoping for the best, I can only do what I can, right? Thank you :blushing:

You're welcome. You will have days where you worry, don't beat yourself up about it, it's completely normal and everyone goes through it. But I've definitely found this time that if I keep reminding myself there's nothing I can do to change things I have felt a lot more relaxed and the time has gone a lot quicker.

Congratulations cherry, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy.
I hope everyone is well, I have read back, but can't remember anything I was going to say!
FF has put my crosshairs in so I'm 3 dpo today. Nothing much happening here, I'm rushing about with work, granny hospital visiting and I have 2 uni essays in the next fortnight.
hugs to all having a tough time just now, this ttc isn't the fun I thought it would be!
Can I predict 8 for March please? How did it get to be the 10th already? Where have the last couple of weeks gone?0 -

With your digi saying 2-3 weeks it's highly unlikely to be a chemical hun as they tend to happen before AF would be due and the hormones drop really quickly and then you have a normal AF.
Don't worry about being scared, extreme paranoia should officially become a pregnancy symptom. Everyone worries things will go wrong or that it's not real. When I did a first response and got positives my OH told me not to get too excited incase it was wrong, he told me that cos he didnt believe it was really happening although now if you ask him he will tell you he has supersperm! The clearblue digi's are so accurate though that it really is true!
As for symptoms everyone is different, some people have none and some people have every symptom going. Some get morning sickness on the first day some get it in week 10 and some get none at all. Don't believe the tosh that the more symptoms you have the stronger the pregnancy is as it isn't true and you will only scare yourself.
Like Emsbet says all you can do is think 'what will be will be' and try to enjoy it while you can. I set myself little targets to acheive. My first one was 6 weeks now it's every Monday. As it helps me feel like I am in control.
The less than 12 week thread really is lovely so don't be scared to join but as you can see a lot of us still lurk on this thread too cos it does seem a bit of a safe haven.
Congratulations again. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Congratulations CherryDrop!:jOur first BFP for this month!!!
I didn't know that 99p store sells pregnancy tests but it's good to know.
I've found my 25% off voucher from Superdrug so yersterday I bought 4xtwin pregnancy tests for £12 :money: :j.
Speaking of money, I have £300 for the baby fund but not sure where to put them? Should I keep the money in my current acount or should I open a saving account? I know is not much but we are clearing some debts at the moment but starting with August we should be able to save more. Any advice/tips?
Also, I've seen the Great Sperm race documentary on 4oD and they said that it's not advised to BD too often as it takes time for sperm to both mature and/or accumulat. Last month we BD 3 days in a row before having my +OPK so not sure if it's better to BD every 3 days and once I have my +OPK to BD every day :undecided. Soo complicated and also I haven't realised that our bodies are so hostile and don't help the little swimmers at all but they kill them .
Another question about the syrup. How fast should I see an improvement? I've checked my cm all day yesterday (fun activity) and I could barely see something. My finger was wet but not much cm... I've registered that as sticky in FF as it wasn't dry :undecided. Sorry for the TMI.
Sa-ra-ra-ra and Abis - Congratulation for EWCM. Hope youalot this weekend.
rumfeeble Hugs for CD1.
:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000 -

Thank you, that's actually lifted a weight from my shoulders!
I'm just going to take every day as it comes and just keep everything crossed. Will definately be making my way over to the 12 weeks and under thread shortly
That's a really good idea about targets. My target will be making it to next Saturday and looking forward to my doctor appointment rather then being scared. Will I have to pee in a pot there? The toilets are at the other side of the waiting room .. :rotfl:I am such a newbie!!0
