Trying for a Baby Part 7

Sorry if I'm bringing the mood down but I'm having such a low day. Can't seem to shake myself out of it. I just want a baby. Now. I don't care about anything else. Don't want holidays, clothes, home improvements, cars, nights out. I want to be a mum. And it is JUST NOT HAPPENING.
I feel like everyone is pg at the moment. If I hear one more of them moan about symptoms I will scream. Sure, being sick all the time is horrid, but you're going to have a baby. It's worth it! I'd be sick all day for the rest of my life if I got to do it as somebody's mum. The moaners are close friends too, who know about my struggles! Grrrrr. I'd gladly swap my lack of fertility with their sickness in a heartbeat.0 -

abis, looking at your chart, could you be gearing up for ov with possible ov dip?

I have nothing helpful to say I'm afraid, just offering a little solidarity
How you doing now walby? Still crossing fingers?
ETA: Aida, I'd test tomorrow too, good luck"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
to everyone feeling down tonight. Really enjoying reading 'Tales of a Midwife' at the moment, I'm not usually an autobiography sort, but it's really good.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -
(out of the blue, whilst watching tele)
Dh: how's your cervix?
Me: ....um...ok...? still quite high... I think it might be the last shot today... So to speak...
Dh: ok, I'll do my best
*resumes watching tele*

Morning
BZ - hope the last shot happened! Why would you not go for CD21 bloods? Nothing to lose (other than a bit of blood).
Friday PMA to all those who are down. It's the weekend so try & make the most of doing things that you won't be able to do WHEN you are pg.
I know it's easy for me to say this month as we didn't BD at ov so I'm not in the game - but have a good one everyone.0 -

TTC40 - good plan! I am definitely going to have a few drinks tonight
Aida - have you tested? I just had a sneaky look at your chart...looking good... let us know how you get on0 -
Morning all, spent yesterday afternoon and evening in a training course sat next to a pregnant colleague and I just kept looking at her bump and wishing I had one. Trying to keep up the pma though as we bd again last night which was second peak and plan to bd again tonight and over the weekend which means we will have bd on high, both peak days and a few times after and so we will have done all we can.
Hugs to all those having a hard time x0 -
Kavics - I know what you're saying. I am normally really efficient like I said tho. Everyone makes mistakes every now and then. I just feel like it could have been handled better. I am an over-sensitive person at the best of times - let alone with all the other stresses I am going through at the moment. I am gonna try and clear the air today tho. Don't want to go into the weekend with an atmosphere looming still.
Bigzippy - I still can't see the nice shiny smilies  Can't see a mountains icon.Is it when you go to reply to message?
I had a rise in temperature this morning, just back to average temp I suppose. I was so excited tho, lol! I don't even understand the temperatures or the charts yet! I do know that you need 3 raises in temp to signify ov (at least I think I know this - correct me if I am wrong please). DTD last night so feeling like I might have some swimmers in there at the right time hopefully... I warned DH to expect some BD action for the next couple of nights :rotfl:
Marie - I am the same as well. One of my friends was moaning on FB last night about being uncomfy in pregnancy. I can kind of see both sides of it though, as I have a DD and obviously have been through pregnancy. I am finding it hard to catch on this time after catching on straight away last time, and I also had to wait to TTC for over 2 years due to lots of different circumstances. So altho I am finding it difficult at the moment not being pregnant - its not to say that I will never moan when I do get pregnant. And even tho its a much longed for and wanted baby - I know I will find different things hard when I do eventually get my baby (sleepless nights etc etc)
Pregnant people are obviously excited about their own situations and are very much in their own worlds. Obviously they have worries of their own, is their baby ok, are their symptoms 'normal' etc. I don't think its that your friends have forgotten that you are TTC and finding things difficult - its just hard for them too. They can't feel guilty about them being pregnant and you not being, and I suppose if they didn't talk to you about any symptoms or feelings then that would be awkward too.
You will have your baby soon I'm sure. And then they will be around to give you lots of tips with your pregnancy and a newborn as they will just be slightly ahead of you.
Sooooo excited for getting the car back later!!!! :j:j Just completely freaking about the bill that goes with it at the same time...Married my lobster in July 2011
TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait
 2013 is going to be our lucky year :dance:0 -
Friday!! :j:T:j:beer::j:T:j
