I was so shocked! It really hasn't sunk in yet and I'm not letting myself get too excited as it's VERY early days and I know how common chemical pregnancies & miscarriages are, but.... I'M PREGNANT!!
CongratulationsPop on over to the less than <12 week thread when you feel ready.

Big congrats 20something! hope you have a smooth and easy pregnancy :T
nothing to report here, 6dpo and normal pre-AF sore boobs started last night. Annoying as I have pilates tonight and last month it was agony to do diamond press/cobra positionsLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
congratulations 20Something, our first of the month
can i get in on the predictions and go for 10 this month? won't include me as i'm not due til March now
Don't seem to be feeling under that much selfmade pressure this month/cycle about trying, guess i'm getting into the groove of this nowDH pointed out that before we got pregnant the first time we wasn't being as careful as we could have been for a good few months before, and didn't get pregnant then. so that helps, cos i was convinced that because it was a happy suprise that must have meant it was the first month but really it was more like our fourth if you follow me
Birdie, don't give up hope. whilst Sunday's BD may have been more about fun not baby making, his little swimmers wouldn't know that
i like our graduates sticking round to give advice and support, it's good to know what works and what doesn't, in a completely unscientific and anecdotal way, like the cough syrup. plus it gives me hope that no matter how long the journey takes i will get there one day
can't remember who said about it but i do have the myfitnesspal app so i'll have to start using it properly. my only bugbear with it is the fact that it says i'm only allowed 1200 calories a day but if eat even a little bit less than that it tells me off! found a calculator that says for my size and sedentary lifestyle i should have 1500 a day at least, so i think change it to that x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

TeamLowe google BMR hun. It will help you work out how many calories you need to maintain your weight as it is at the moment. If you then drop that daily amount by 500 calories you should loose 1lb of fat per week as 3500 calories is equiv to 1lb of fat. Then any extra exercise etc will go towards your loss too xxYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

You should be able to change the settings in your profile to get a different calorie target - check that the activity level settings are correct. 1200 is it's magic cutoff for undereating - it's a bit one size fits all though, as if your target is 1200 already then going under a bit probably isn't too harmfulLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Morning,
BZ, great news about the dr but I would give them a ring about urine result just in case. My surgery is rubbish about getting back to me and I have to chase up everything.
Hugs DBlonde, take your time, thinking about you.
20something, congratulations, great news!!!
Birdie, is there any chance you can BD in the morning? Getting up a bit earlier and seduce your husband of yours? I am knackered in the evenings and just want to go to bed but I do get up earlier to BD.
OH is suffering, his face is swollen and he is complaining about sore throat (well, we knew that). I made a mad rush to Iceland yesterday to buy him icecream (my brother said it would help), so hopefully that will help.
I thought we are out for this month bec of the operation but my darling OH seduced me this morning, he said it would help him recover. Couldn't say no. So we are in though CBFM says that I'm still on high, no ovulation just yet.
Busy day at work, still feeling guilty about leaving the premises yesterday but than I should feel guilty being on MSE as well and I don't.

Huh, I wish!I start work at 8 and can just about drag myself out of bed in time, OH doesn't usually sleep very well so stays in bed until about 8.30 to catch up a bit. If I suggested we woke up at 6 to BD he'd just laugh at me! It'd take until 9 for his little man to wake up!
I might have to get over my 'ick' issue about BDing at lunchtime and try to get a quicky in today.

He's a trooper! OH swears by cold Ambrosia custard when he's struggling with a sore throat (had his tonsils out years ago, gets laryngitis once every 2-3 years so he's got experience!) he's very classy and eats it straight from the can! He'd never actually had it warm until a couple of years ago as he could never wait to eat it!

Lunchtime sex is great! When I was banging someone from work we spent every lunch hour up to no good. Fabulous. Just spend ten minutes relaxing on your back afterwards, then stick on a panty liner to catch any mess. Sorted"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Congrats 20something.
Feeling rough with a cold today and am the snot monster.
My OH is feeling a bit low about it taking so long to conceive, even though he has not directly said anything. We made the decision last summer and this is the longest wait I have ever had when conceiving. DD was the first month of trying. I am feeling it too and really hope that I am able to provide OH with a child.
Hoping it is not OH that has a problem or that the stupid ache in my left side is to blame. Got a scan this month to see what is happening in my pelvic region.Halifax CC £1029/£2490, Tesco CC [STRIKE]£0/£3203[/STRIKE], Tesco loan £15431/£15808, Carloan1 £6743/£8241, Carloan2[STRIKE] £0/£3813[/STRIKE]

Kavics you made me laugh. What op did he have? Glad he's still up for some baby making;)
Good luck with the scan flee
I feel lousy. I woke dh up in the night for a cuddle and then cried all over him! Not entirely sure why, but I do have sinusitis (gp diagnosed and gave antibiotics yesterday, I think having it confirmed made me feel like I was justified in feeling crap...?) and also had leg pain (like shin splints but from hip to toe) for the last 2 nights which doesn't help when you're tring to sleep and/or get by without painkillersI also am really struggling now to even imagine gettinga bfp
I did work out though that I've not been having enough salt, and that won't help with the leg pains or the hydration, so I'll have to think of something tasty and salty to scoff today
