Love her or hate her (personally I don't have any opinions on her one way or another) it did make me smile to read today that Amanda Holden's baby has arrived early but safely. Apparently mum has been very ill though is now on the mend (I assume something like pre eclampsia struck). Really nice though to read they are both doing well after being forced to publicly grieve two losses. I really really hate it when the press "outs" pregnant celebs before they are ready to announce for just that reason.

My LH has dipped to 13.3!:j (Anything below 20 is fine before ov).
I have to go in tomorrow again to see how the egg is doing, and possibly an egg collection on Thursday or Friday if all goes wellFingers_Crossed.gif
    How'd it go?
DH's brother's family knows all about the op etc.
It could be that the MIL said something unforgivable in the past, she always favoured DH over his brother:naughty:
 Still, she's his mother. If he'd want to be at the funeral, he should be there while she's alive, imo. (sorry to be morbid)
It should be just 2 weeks stay in the hospital, so it shouldn't be that bad...
Perhaps her other son could take over from then on? He works near MIL's place, he could drop by and deliver food and do laundry etc on weekends? (like it's ever going to happen:p).
I hope you're right, but people are rarely back to 100% straight from coming out of hospital, so be prepared for that :o Hoping your BIL picks up some of the slack.

What on earth would MILs do without DILs?! :p

Cd6 today and cbfm says high fertility. I still have my period. Is it possible or my body is trying to trick me?

although the mental lady that i am thinks the more BFPs this month makes me getting a bfp less likely, as if the fertility of strangers on the internet affects mine in any way lol
:rotfl: Obviously such nutty thoughts would never enter my brain ;):p
Glad you're getting fewer clots BZ and hopefully, although this might sound unpleasant, your body having a good clear out means that your uterus will be all sparkly clean and snuggly for next month's egg :)
    Hopefully fingersx.gif

QQ, had a look at my stick (after successfully saved it from the bin), there are 2 lines on it, one strong and one faint but quite strong. So I guess that means high fertility?

well macmillan nurse just been and was brutally honest, apparently the only option for mil would be chemo but she's too ill for it now so they are just going to make her comfortable. :( Completely and utterly devastated.

Was your MIL with you and DH while the Macmillan nurse was there? How did she and your DH take the news? I'm so sorry it's not better news, ikkle. If there's anything any of us can do, let us know. And my PM box is always open :)

That is good news, thanks Nicki. :)

Countrybum, are you still on clomid? How are you doing on it? (it was you, wasn't it? I've not mixed you up with someone else have I? :o) Sorry to hear it's CD1 again :(

Tink, hope you find your PMA once more, even if it's in the bottom of a barrel of biscuits ;)

AFM, AF's still here, still relatively heavy, still frustrating me. Wish it would just bog off :(:o

Sorry that the news was so grim about MIL ikkle. Does she know too that her prognosis is so poor? I can imagine the next few months are going to be very hard for everyone.

Great news about egg collection on Friday QQ. Will be sending my best vibes your way then.

unfortunately we are talking weeks. I think she knows inside.

She was awake when he first turned up, and then as she was struggling to hear he said shall I talk to Danielle and she said who is that and then went to sleep. I've tried to explain that she needs to fight and try and eat and drink the Complan we got her but she just drifts off into nowhere or asleep.

Oh asked why I was upset and I said do you not understand what they just said and he said yeah and i said it's the end babe they can't make her better and he came home and played xbox.

Have since spoken to the gp and it's a matter of weeks now he's recommended she doesn't have the liver biopsy as he says it is just putting her through more and won't make a difference.

And work are sending me to disciplinary for time off because i can't take it as unpaid dependancy leave as i am not a blood relative.
