Yay for winning the predictions again!! Can you put me down for 8 this month please?

Well I've had a good start to the New Year - decided to take myself off for a jog earlier as part of my January fitness regime, only to slip and fall face first into a massive tree branch! Just come back from A&E with a potential broken nose! :eek:

The swelling is so big they cant tell for sure yet so have to go back in a couple of days for them to check it out. Have been told that I might have two huge lack eyes in the morning though!! Great!
Means another day or two of work though while I'm swollen but Id rather have gone into the office than have this happen!!

Will be taking up a less dangerous activity once I'm recovered!!! :rotfl:

Already thanked you for this, but just to say thanks again! I have been really good with the diet, increased the relevant fruit and nut intake, so fingers crossed. Have also just done an online grocery shop, buying most of what's on the food and drink list (apart from fish, cottage cheese and honey as I'm vegan), and it came to £50 :eek::eek::eek:! Oh well! :money: It's all good.
