    Hi emjawyba,

Thanks for making me aware of this.

If you still need help, email me with your details via the link in our profile here.

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.

Once sent, you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this and I’ll check I've received it.

    Kind regards,

    Lee

  • The most excruciating experience I've had with any company ever. A saga lasting over many weeks and still not resolved.
3 months no bills, no emails
a text message to the disconnected phone which cannot receive texts
the nightmare of all call centres,
hung up on how many times by automated system
    cant do attitude
lost payments, no record of payment made on phone
after over 40 minute call get through to credit and collections who ask for password then hang up when I say I dont have one
advisors misleading or lying about what is being done
    no callbacks despite numerous attempts
advisors have no access to managers
advisors have no decision making powers,
advisors cannot connect themselves or anyone else to credit and collections team
advisors have no access to letters sent out from vodaphone to customers
telephone numbers given by advisors and printed on letters dont work or have been changed to one universal number.
statements made in letters not kept to by advisors
Advisors runaround customer until time limits in letter expires and matter escalated
No proper complaints procedure given to customers
advisors not aware of complaints procedure on vodaphone website
    the list goes on
    and on
    and on,
    and on
still waiting for a callback from credit and collections re connection or a manager re complaint.

No idea how much ive spent on phone calls to vodaphone not to mention discomfort, humiliation, frustration. And by the look of this thread this pattern of behaviour goes back at least as far as 2011. If it weren't for having to pay the balance of my contract for no service i would not continue and I certainly would never recommend vodaphone to anyone, I thought O2 were bad but they're !!!!!cats compared to vodaphone, awful awful awful

Vodafone acts as a cosa, nuestra they have politicians in their back pocket with lobbyists across all parties.
If you have a dispute with Vodafone they will mark your credit score as default regardless.
Be very careful when dealing with them, the power they exact now, is frighting.

It feels very frustrating when you can't contact your service providers. You can find any UK based number for Vodafone on *************************. Hope it helps you.
The website you mention is a premium rate "call connection service" which promotes a variety of expensive premium rate numbers that purport to "connect to" various organisations and businesses.

This is instead of the inclusive or free numbers that can be found directly on the various organisation's official website. Some may call this a scam.
