UK Vodafone contact number

Hi,

Has anyone got a UK based number for Vodafone? I have called 191 three times and got Egypt, who work to a script and can do nothing that wavers from their script. I ended up getting quite frustrated, asking them for a uk number, but they didn't have one!!!

I would like to speak to someone in Customer Services or complaints department. Surely there must be a UK one!

Vodafone have their own forum for help and support and the team are based in Stoke on Trent.

However, I must defend the Egyptian Call Centre which provides polite and efficient service and are quite capable of dealing with customers enquiries.

08700 700 191 only one that sprinigs to mind...
i work in one of the uk call centres for vodafone and i havent a direct dial number to hand for any uk centre as at home

Capable, certainly not. Polite, the first lady was politely rude - the words were fine but the attitude, awful. The next two were okay, but were unable to discuss my complaint, only log it and pass it on.

I'm sorry, but for a communications company - pretty appalling. There must be a UK number somewhere. All I can find on line are numbers that basically lead to 191 and then Egypt.

Hopefully someone here has a number, in the mean time, I'll see if I can find the vodafone forum in Stoke on Trent.

That number is still 191 from a landline and will probably connect me to Egypt. Thanks anyway.

So basically, if I call 191, it's pot luck that I get an answer from a UK call centre or one abroad?

:rotfl:I just want my complaint dealt with, to talk to someone.... is that too much to ask? I'm sure that half the time they make it so difficult, you give up - makes life easier for them I guess!!:laugh:

I used their site to email the complaint, and would you believe it, when I pressed send, the site errored. Aaaaaarrrrgh!!

I'll call 191 in the morning and hopefully get someone here.
