Any nice plans for weekend anyone?
I just made a huge pot of potato and leek soup, i have overpowered it with salt!!Gonna just have tinned soup now.
Got a s**t load of washing to do, any offers?
I know, two jobs that ALWAYS need doing after a holiday - mega washing and shopping!
Did a few odd jobs, painting, polyfillering holes and gaps, hung a picture, cleaned windows, vacuumed. Place looks good. Will proofread and correct any errors on the specs later on today.
Went for a drive around Seagate, Bathgate, looking at cars and houses. Drove towards Airdrie and Falkirk. Had a pub dinner at the Rosebank, they do a 2 mains for £6.35 if you eat before 6.30pm. Good food and nice place cept too many kids running around.
Will take a look around Denny and Bonnybridge when the evenings get lighter. There look to be some great views around there. An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh gawd I swear my friend is so mad with me for coming home early, but I'm sooo tired, guess you're all in bed. I stink of smoke, Ugh, actually I don't, my lovely new dress does. and my hair a bit. Don't go out and drink people, it's not good. All I drank was 1 vodka and coke, 1 glass rose, and one nice cocktail mixed by a guy I love at the bar, but it's not as good as his other one, but they'd ran out of ameretto. Sorry. Did any properties stick out?
The rosebank, is that the beefeater next to the canal?CCStar wrote:Will take a look around Denny and Bonnybridge when the evenings get lighter. There look to be some great views around there
Yes, the area does have good views, best looking around the outskirts of the villages as they tend to have the best views.
Well got lots to do today, gonna go food shopping, gonna look for a new stair carpet then hunt for tiles for my mums kitchen.
Later tonight gonna clear out old clothes and bric-a-brac for the charity shops.
What is everyone else doing?

Morning all!
Well here we are - Sunday at last. MIL to be has pootled off and I am in my snuggle suit ( like jim jams only fleecy!) watching telly with a cup of tea. It all went really well and I wasn't too down - More weird really!
is anyone here on citalopram? Its what they've given me an I'm a bit worried - So far my side effects have included: Nausea (obviously), headache, sensitivity to light, headaches, bad tummy, insomnia and signs of manic behaviour:eek: And I feel odd - On edge all the time. Like when I'm in my manic phases - It feels like my whole body's vibrating inside my skin. Is this normal?
Sorry - needed to whinge and although my OH is lovely he cannot reassure me:(
Well thats enough about me how are you all?
many hugs to Tiff, Feelie, LTD, Saz, Lexi (welcome hun), Stenny, CCStar, Alex, beer, et al!

Nothing yet - it gets dark too early still - why are the back roads so dark?
Yes it is the one by the canal, nice place. Where is that place by the Falkirk Wheel you spoke about?

I prefer being out of town, I feel I can breathe. Don't even like the idea of v close neighbours much tbh

Yesterday, we looked at Old Golf Course Road in Armadale and saw this notice on a little conifer in a garden
Will the idiot stop his dog crapping in our garden, you are being watched - I agree, we had a pile of poo just inside our gate. I want to shoot bad dog owners
