Hello all, hope all is good, Lacking energy today. Need to go to town. Feeling fat today and don't want to eat, I'm supposed to be going out tonight but drinks contain so much crap and calories. I don't know how I'm feeling today, feel like I really don't want to go out but at same time, really do because I'll feel good when I've gone out and I'll remember I do have someone who wants to hang out with me

Hiya lexi :hello: I know what that's like - don't fancy going out, but usually feel better once I'm there. Maybe you could go for a walk today, might lift your mood a little and then you'll feel better about going out tonight? Sazx

No, yesterday was hunting and gathering, today is food from the freezer and having another go at doing the chicken shed........
I actually do go H&Ging, well gathering anyway and I have a cave as well. Well a shed. :)

I'm doing OK, some things are better, some are worse, but I have been feeling a bit more positive lately. Just feeling more positive tends to make you feel better by itself.
But I have a date in the immeadiate future that is causing me immense pressure and I'm getting very worked up about it, even though its a couple of weeks away.

What are you going to do for the rest of the day, worked it out yet?

Real men always have a shed:) Very true, feeling more positive does make a difference in outlook, but it can be a very elusive creature! At least with me it is.

This date that's putting you under pressure - is it a work-related thing? Not wanting you to elaborate any more than you wish to, but is it something you can enlist some help/support for? Or can it be broken down into smaller, more manageable tasks over a longer period? It's not good feeling anxious for that length of time, especially when you try to put something out of your mind, but can't.

Re: rest of my day - not sure, tbh. I'm often like this, desperate to finish the working week, so looking forward to Saturday, but then when it comes I don't know what to do with myself!:)

Yeah I'm going to walk around town in a bit until all the shops close. It's not really that I need to lose weight, it's the thought that I'll probably be drinking more calories than I normally eat most days

I feel like I'm going to be sick :( Good thing is that I'm in so much pain and feel so rotten, that I couldn't care less about feeling sad lol

Well I guess look on it as a nice treat, and you could alternate alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks - spread the calories out that way?

All manner of things wrong lol, today its mainly stomach pains, naseau and hot/cold flushes. Getting better though, I managed to have some lunch. Feel really drained and everything - I so rarely get poorly that it really knocks it out of me :(
