All manner of things wrong lol, today its mainly stomach pains, naseau and hot/cold flushes. Getting better though, I managed to have some lunch. Feel really drained and everything - I so rarely get poorly that it really knocks it out of me :(

I'm sorry to hear that - just take it a bit easy, get some rest. I recall you saying before that you needed to go back on injection for hormonal symptoms - is it related to that? Just wondered is all. Sx

In less than 1 in 1000 cases, the injection causes gastro-intestinal problems, so its unlikely to be the cause, but is possible.

a while back now somebody posted a link to an online programme that was a bit like CBT. I thought I had saved it to my favourites but cannot find it now that I have the time to start it. Can anybody help?

 LOL I've haven't done my own washing, let alone yours stenny hun!:D

Re salty soup - I read one time on the Old Style thread that if you put a raw potato into the soup and continue simmering it, the potato will absorb all the excess salt. But do remember to discard the potato afterwards as it will be really salty.

I'm just a fountain of useless info! :rotfl:
