    Hiya Karrie :)

I just said that mummy gets very very tired sometimes and needs to rest for a few days, and is so tired that sometimes its hard to do things that she normally does. Mine were in year 5 and 6 at the time and I was really bad during that period, and they were brilliant, they'd be extra good and try to help a bit.. and just made me feel better :)

Thanks Ethel. He asked me yesterday why I always goes to bed early and I just blamed it on my back (I suffer back pain). I just felt really guilty. Only my partner knows about my depression and no-one else. I really don't want my son to know. I think I need to get back to docs for more AD's. I am stupid because I take them until I feel better then I stop them. That's when I go downhill albeit slowly. I've been on them for years and guess I should resign myself that it's part of who I am. Do your children know now? If so, do they understand?

At the risk of lightening the mood here a bit :D I have to disagree, from my point entirely I prefer to have a little something in the way on a lady, makes it a slight challenge :)

    I've got a question...

If you've had a bad day... boss being a twit, you don't feel well, mistake in your wages left you short... would you then be moody with your partner even tho none of it is their fault? and if so.. is it acceptable and should your partner be a bit more understanding?

I would feel I could tell my OH about my crappy day and get some understanding.

It depends what you define as being moody, it is acceptable to be moody about your day, not to your partner, unless he's another pain on top!

They kind of know.. they're 14 and 16 now. The oldest understands, she can tell by looking at me how ill or well I am.. the younger one thinks I'm a lazy cow, lol

I don't talk about it much either.. my mum sort of understands, b/f does and doesn't.... sometimes he can be a proper !!!!! and not realise that I'm a bit more sensitive than most ppl he knows and trivial things hurt me more, he says I'm too soft and need to toughen up a bit

Karrie, you MUST take your meds.. you feel better cos your taking them and when you stop, if you're not ready to stop then you will feel worse. The doctor will advise you when its time to come off them and help you do it gradually :)

And certainly wouldn't wear a kilt in bed either - they are flipping itchy things:eek:

    I ran over a badger once :o
Was driving on some little lane near Hastings and it ran in front of the car.. they aint half fast!

I stopped to see if it was ok or if it needed a vet but the poor thing.. :(
