An old back injury has recurred, never play football with a back injury is my advice, took 3 liquid ibuprofens' about 3 years ago to get me through two games of footy (semi finals no less) and they worked.
Recently the pain has recurred again, I had to take a week off sick with it in November and it went away, its come back again, been to the docs and they just say ibuprofen and deep heat stuff.
Its sort of a muscle injury, on my right side below my arm socket, its a muscle of some kind and its agony. So bad I cant get up in the morning easily and occasionally it gets so bad that I cant really breathe properly and have to sit down to speak properly too.
Loathe to go to docs again cos i just get the same answer,0 -

Hi ethel hun!
Are you okay sweetheart? Just popped on for a minute and saw your message. Hope it's nothing serious hun.
Hopefully, it's just something to do with custard, rice pudding, jam and chickens...
Seriously, hope all is well.
Much Love,

Hey l-t-d!
Sorry to hear you're in pain hun... gentle
You ok?
It doesn't sound right about the breathing- did they X-Ray it at the time hun?
Never let what a doctor has told you before stop you from getting help from a doctor now angel. Always best to be safe than sorry.
As far as pain help, I know my ex-husband, who's into martial arts, always used to put Tiger Balm on a muscular injury. It makes Deep Heat kinds of stuff look like ice packs.
It stinks and you only need a tiny little bit well, rubbed in because it's VERY strong. If you use too much, you will be very aware, very quickly.;)
Also please don't rub your eyes or groin or anything else until you've washed your hands afterwards, l-t-d!
After you've put a little bit on, you will then feel like you've got Mount Vesuvius on your body (and no - I am not joking!). It always burns to start with, but it always relaxed the muscle pains he had. It's really cheap too. As with anything hun, check yourself in with the gp and seeing that all is well.
Much Love,

Hi everyone,
I have been on Cipralex for about a week. It has been rough, with headaches and feeling very low. The doctor says this is to be expected for the first few weeks, but I have to stick with it and try and hold it together.
I have a husband and a child, and am a SAHM. My husband was ok for the first day or so, but now he is losing patience will me. I am finding it hard to do the most basic of things and at the moment I am just managing to keep up with the laundry, shopping and feeding everyone.
My house looks like a bomb has hit it. This makes me worse as I have the need to control my environment and untidiness makes me anxious. My husband did not get up until 2 today. He also forgets to mention he had an extra shift at work and left me alone with this untidy house and a child to look after. He said that his work must come first and he can’t hold my hand for the next few weeks.
I really feel like stopping the medication. I feel so low and I have no support from anyone. My husband simply does not understand. He thinks I am on the pills now and should be “better”. I know in a few weeks things may look up and the house will have to wait until then. It just makes me so sad that my husband cannot be there for me.0
