    I swing like a pendulum.

I have been OK today, high energy and feeling good.

There has been very little to do with it tho'. I cleaned the house, there are no viewings booked and I feel twitchy. If I start relaxing, there will be viewings and I will have to warm up again. People really annoy me.

It is like feeling in the right mood and no-one turns up for a play. It is such a waste.

What tripped me was the neighbours being noisy outside. I don't need to hear them when I am wanting to leave here and can't or wanting to relax. I feel trapped and frustrated! I also don't want them making noise if I do have a viewing.

Everything feels stagnant and boring and I'm going to get depressed again if it stays this inactive.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

Hugs CC, I'm sure it won't stay like that for long... viewings are probably like London buses - wait a while then three come along at once:) You got anything nice planned for this evening?

Hi gem :hello: Good to hear from you hun. IMHO opnion, what you said was perfectly reasonable. Why wouldn't you feel frustrated? I know it doesn't help, me saying you're worth more than that, because you have such a hard time believing it yourself - but the fact is you do hun. Big hugs, Sazzyxxx

Hi Saz i have not posted lately because i have not had a very good week.I am really down at the moment. Not sure if its the "womans problems" the depression or just life lol.Everything seams to be going wrong at the moment.Had a complaint in work so the boss has been on my back all week.Thank god its Friday!Like N i do not like critismn,i know everyone gets it at times but it seams to me that is all i get, from everyone.I know i have big self esteeme problems but if all your life people put you down then that is what happens.Every time i try to get a little, someone takes it away.I really thought i did a good job,ok i'm only an office cleaner but i clean better than i do my own home but apparently it is not good enough.Well thats one side but the other is the complaint came from an office i do once a week,i do three other departments every day and they have not complained? does not add up really. Also the contract is up for renewel so i suppose the bosses are on edge in case they loose it.
Also the central heating has broken, twice in one week, fixed now but it was a pain as we had no hot water for a few days. The iron has broke so will have to get a new one and money is a bit short, not destitute just wish i had more of it(don't we all)Just feal really down but don't really want to go back on the meds they do not solve our problems just make it easier to live with them but if i think i am sinking too low i will go to the docs.Still thinking about asking for counceling it seams to help a lot of people. If i listed all my problems i would be writing forever lol.I suppose the main one everyone has is just fealing unloved, wether people are in a relationship or not it is the worst fealing in the world and i think if someone is lucky enough to feal that all the other problems fade into insignificance.

What a tough week you've had gemini hun. Hugs. There is nothing "only" about being an office cleaner, and I'm sure you do do a good job. I'd like to see the person who complained cope with your job for 5 minutes! I bet you're one of the best people they have; take no notice.

I totally sympathise re hot water (or lack of it) - I've not had any for a couple of weeks:rolleyes: - mostly my fault, I've just not had the time to call anyone out, but someone is coming to look at it on monday morning, so hopefully it'll get sorted then...

Feeling unloved is, as you say, tough going. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Don't know I'll ever be happy on that score, but that's another story, as they say. Counselling can be hard going, ironically it's hardest when it's actually doing some good!:) So do give it some thought gemini hun. I never thought it would help me. Heck, I thought I was beyond help! (I still do!) But help me it has.

Anyway, enough of my ramblings:) Make some time for yourself this weekend hun. Treat yourself - Sazzy's orders:D

    Much love, Sxxx

It's a tough job being a cleaner. We respect our cleaners and treat them as we would like to be treat but I know there are other accounts in the building which treat them like carp.

  • Does anyone know of any good Audio Guides/hypnosis cds?
For things like positivity, self belief, self confidence and stuff.

I read a book on holiday - How to get what you want- its like a success/life coaching book.
wondered if anyone had had any success with anything like that, and any results from those kinda cds?
  • I've got some paul mckenna ones, they sposed to be really good but I've never actually listened to them, lol

My OH recommends "Innertalk" CD's, which he's used for a while. He got onto them through Positive Health magazine where they were recommended. Not cheap, but you can get "special offers" on their web site and read testimonials. If you fancy a look at their web site, it's www.innertalk.co.uk.icon7.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600
