How did you find it? I didn't link or give you the addy.

We had that kitchen put in, it was very odd before, the same colour as the utility room but suits a utility room better.

Is the price OK - she wanted me to put it up for less.

It was a B&B so has been on the net before

The price looks good, the property looks good too.
Although it's just been put on, don't expext the full schedule to be on till tomorrow or even Thursday.
Kitchen will sell it, it's really nice.
Did they say how the market is running at this time of year?

    Lovely big house hun!

Putting it up for less just means it will attract more interest, but at the end of the day they will only pay for what the property is worth.

Regarding people who work in professions where they help people.

We all want job satisfaction as well as a pay packet.
Some people cannot help others by nature and would be lousy counsellors, nurses etc.
The people who enjoy helping others are well suited to these professions.

Completly agree, and I do think I am good at knowing what to say to people in the right situations, I'm willing to put my own views and opinons completly on one side if that's what the situation requires, and go with whatever the person needs at the time. I think also there are different types of people who can help people, personally I couldn't work with old people, I have no idea why, I just know I couldn't support them in the way I can with the women who I see

I would also find it hard to work with the elderly too, and toddlers!

Babies are fine, and people from the age of 10 to very old are fine for me to work with. Very disturbed teenagers and people in prison would be quite a challenge tho'

There are people out there who simply love working with these people, I admire people who can work with 'challenging' people.

My OH does a lot of computer programming and troubleshooting. You need the patience of a saint to do that and I would be hissy fitting every 5 minutes if I did his job, if I could understand what he did:D

Yes, Thursday is the deadline for it to be complete. The room measurements will appear soon.

We spend most of our time in the kitchen and the family room/office.

CC Maybe give it till around Friday then start phoning your agents asking for feedback/any notes of interest etc. Also ask them how they are marketing your property etc.
Remember you are paying them for a service.

I hope it goes well hun, got everything crossed for ya.

My family are the most depressing people on this planet.

I am so glad I have the place up for sale, it is going in the right direction to my freedom.

My son is so selfish and gives me a hard time. My husband and mother switch moods like the wind and I can't cope with that level of change.

I would like to live alone and move forward with my life. I have felt so held back for several years and it is driving me mad.
