I must dig the smoothy maker out.
I've found a pear in the fruit bowl that seems to be evolving. I'm wondering if it can be used to make an eco fuelBecause this was buried it has convinced all the other fruit around it to follow its lead.
Melon - may be ok but brown in places - just plucking up the courage to cut it open
Orange - brown bit - can be cut off

Gaaaaahhhhh!!! had to throw away 6 yes thats 6 very large beautiful tomatoes today...can't believe I forgot they were in the fridge. I did manage to save bits from another 3 and had them fried in low fat marg and put on toast. No pudding for me today as punishment.0

sorry if this is the wrong thread but we had to leave all our non-perishables behind in my mums care when we moved abroad.she doesn't want it so does anyone know a charity that would want it all(plus frozen stuff..).l'd be worried about it being chucked if it just went in a box for charity?Carpe Jugulem0

.......she could try a local nightshelter or if she has a Salvation Army office locally, they will probably arrange to distribute it for her. Tell her to have a look in her local phone book - they may even be able to collect it from her too.0
