Well I have just tried to collect 1 of the phillips stands from the Portsmouth store.

They actually went out to the stock room and brought it out to me, left me holding it for 5 minutes, and then PHYSICALLY removed it from me then told me that they wouldn't sell it to me for 1p.

I even showed then the T&Cs from on both the reservation slip AND the main site, but they said they would not sell it to me unless bought as part of a package.

I have now sent an email to currys and whilst I don't hold out much hope, maybe we can pressure them into offering some sort of goodwill gesture.

Thats what Im hoping for, im going to send a letter saying how disgraced with them I was. Ill let ya know if I hear anything, which I doubt very much. Anyone know where to send the letter to?

This is fast deteriorating into a farce ... the cost to the business of a few cheap stands going out the door (DUE TO A CURRYS ERROR) is going to be far less then the goodwill they will have lost due to how THEY have had handled THEIR mistake!

Why doesn't someone post a letter of complaint here so we can contribute to it to make maximise its effectiveness ... then we need to know how to get it to land on the CEOs desk.
