I had a good booklet which I got through the post from trading standards which had different templates for letters of complaints
Not sure if I still have it but will have a look on the stading standards website for you now and see if I can find any templates as surely if they provide it through the post I would have throught it would be on the internet0 -
Taken from the trading standards website, may give you some ideas of writing your letter

Add long words...lol
Remember to send any correspondance via recorded delivery as if you send it via normal post they can just say they never received it but at least they have to sign for the letter so you have proof they have received it0 -

Lol, had to get out of bed at 9.30 to answer the phone from Currys !
Him "Sorry stock not available, error on website, HO aware, sold as package, items boxed together.... made aware by someone calling in yesterday"
Me "Yes, that was me"
Him "Oh. Well you know it's not available then?"
Me "Yesterday was the Samsung, today it's the Philips"
Him "Oh, er, yes, well..... Sorry stock not available, error on website, HO aware, sold as package, items boxed together.... And anyway, they're not going to really be sold for a penny are they ?"
Me thinks, but resists..... Lol0 -
Bloody idiots. Everone should sent complaints in, Avoid Currys like the Plague!!!0

My complaint isnt the fact they refused in some cases to sell.. fair enough..
its the fact they tell BLATANT LIES and the management get STAFF to lie when they dont want to and are put in awkward positions.
The way I was treated instore is a diff kettle of fish alltogether tho.0 -
Yeah same here, and I cant believe what just happened.
Well, my mom went into the store yesterday to pick up what we had reserved and they tell her they cant sell them for that price. They have them in stock if she wishes to purchase a £800 tv, which my mom declined.
We then just get a phone call from the store manager saying that they have non in stock and not to bother coming up, we said we came up yesterday and seen them in stock. He just put the phone down on us.0 -
see what I mean.. hanging up on people, screaming and shouting, lying, making people cry, humiliating them, barring them, refusing to serve, threatening!
This is a nationwide store!.. a DISGRACE..0
