Did you quote him the 4th bullet point on the print out confirmation ?
THE PRICE YOU PAY IS THE PRICE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF IT IS CHEAPER THAN THE USUAL INSTORE PRICE0 -
I did...and was handed the telephone number of their head office. He couldn't have cared less. I'll be using the number first thing on Monday morning, but have a feeling it's not going to get me anywhere. I only reserved one, and I need a TV stand!0

Reading through the posts I found one person questioning the legality of a distributer of an item threatening them with legal action if they sold it on ebay - they clearly stated that they'd bought it in the US with the intention of selling it on eBay - bet they told the customs that when they brought it in.0 -

Why don't you get onto your local paper and see if they will do a story on it - you could call Currys Rogue Traders and say had every opportunity to call/e mail you to save you wasting your time & fuel.
I'm happy to have got mine as I always find Currys/PC World/ Dixons a slimey rip off bunch and will only buy as a matter of last resort or if its a cracking deal. They might be heading down the pan they've just shut down all of their short lived Link stores0 -
Sheryl, please complain. That is bad management of the highest order.0

I called my mum n told her and she said when she was in buying a cooker 2 mnths ago.. an older man was trying to return something and the same manager was shouting and bawling at him telling him to leave
Reducing a female to tears and shouting and bawling at an elderly man. If thats how this Currys manager carries on this definately needs bringing to the attention of Head Office.
Hiya Chatham
Did you get one?S!!!!horpe0
