Think I have frightened myself with actually vocalising I want this debt gone or at least almost gone in 2 years ish - never given myself a time scale before:eek: The plan then will be to stuff as much into the pension as possible bearing in mind DD may well be at university. Then it will be 4-5 years and retire - early retirement cos at the moment 'they' are saying I will have to work until I am 67........I think not.

Already part met one of the things on the Sept list - taken 2 bin bags to CS :)

Of course my list may well go to rats once back at work next week - have no idea what to expect but one thing is for sure its the first time in 27 years I have felt 'I dont want to do this any more':(

Another 0.25% paid off. Another square coloured:)

Woke with migraine again - have appt with neurology in a few weeks time. Have taken meds though and it seems to have settled down - I am not very good at taking the tablets believing it will go away........ but decided now I will give in straight away as these headaches just rob me of time I am never going to make up.

Plans for today..............probably a declutter. Book club tonight and I have read the book:j

Just me de-lurking again. I assume you've tried a food diary for the migraine. I'll guess you got nowhere with that. Have you tried a full diary? I used to get it 40 years ago now. I only ever got it when I met my mother for lunch once a month, but I didn't get it every month even though we always had the same thing (pancakes with maple syrup & cream - was only 8 stones in those days). I only got it when we were served quickly & so we had more time before I had to return to work.

We used to go in Boots after we had eaten & normally only had time for the ground floor but sometimes had time to go to the first floor too. It was the combination of the cream/maple syrup and the lights on the first floor that caused it. Without a full log of what we did on those days I would never have caught on to how it happened. I still get a weird feeling when I go into the local Debenhams but that is the flooring not the lights.

My mother & sister were both much worse sufferers than me, but this didn't bother them at all?

Interesting about full diary but TBH I am not that disciplined:(

Late night last night - long discussion re book.....er no! More like a catch up and natter.Lots of us with offspring about to start on next leg of journey.

Decluttering didn't happen yesterday - crushing energy dip hit me and I ended up just having to sleep - this was my fear what would happen with 'this new to me diagnosis':( Consequently I was wide awake at 3am:mad:

Very wet and windy today so house day - maybe that declutter will get started.

I did keep one of those...........nothing:o

Have woken with headache again:mad: Hit it with meds straight away and seems to be abating now. I am keeping a diary of odd symptoms regarding auto immune disorder just to monitor and as I think headaches are a symptom, I will see if a pattern starts emerging..............also return to work on Monday looms large so stress levels are probably rising:D

Yesterday was a washout as far as getting anything useful done.Hoping for a more productive day which starts with a freezer sort out.......rock and roll:rotfl:

I am going to add weather that to my 'symptoms' diary! Shame we got rid of a barometer a few years ago!
