OH had his a while a go - hence extreme sport - in which he just notched it up a gear from his previous long term extreme sport passion:eek: Seems to be having an issue with 'ageing' at the moment..........and that comes to all of us. I dont get it as he more active and fit than people half his age.
Lazy day today..........meeting up with DD2 between lectures for brunch at our favourite eatery and out tonight with a friend on a 2-4-1 cinema deal:DBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Enjoy your lazy day..:)
Hmm. Def hints of my OH there. Feels pretty dissatisfied and stressed with life as he gets older ....even though he is hugely fit from loads of sport and has so much to be grateful for...(as he has me obvs :rotfl:)
Thanks for your post re the Bay. I may try resisting for a number of times, but have to say most of our stuff now doesn't really have a value. Currently trying to sell work clothes I didn't need anymore but it's hard.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

More loose change used to pay down CC. All the loose change pots are depleted now. Emptied my pound coin with dragons on pot and that has over £70 in. Not full but decided to stop collecting as new coin comes in in March and although we have until October to spend all the old ones I would probably forget! I will have to find something else to 'save' now.
Storm Doris has done her bit this morning. Calmed down a bit now!Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Did a longish walk on beach today - well long for me as I havent had a proper walk since Boxing Day  Got the 10000 steps
Did my #2minutebeachclean - 2 carrier bags of plastic carp off the beach. Single use plastic anything and plastic ear bud sticks are my pet hate  No need for either IMO. I did gain a pair of running gloves picked up about half a mile apart. Will wash and offer to DD2 otherwise will go to CS

Had a catch up with work day today - fitbit is a bit addictive and really shows how inactive I am on days like this!! If the weather is fine tomorrow I will find out my little 'stretch the legs' circuit is around the village. Its something I do of an evening when its lighter, but I am now just curious just how many steps it is which will be handy if I need to get the count up on any day
Lost 3lbs this week. Payout from z!ffit and topc*shback and some eb*y sales due by end of weekend. All goodBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Have been too busy to think. The Idiot in Charge has now 'returned' on a more permanent basis - ie we have seen them everyday last week. But work load still double as they have to 'catch up' so ongoing stuff is still down to me  Have completed about 12 hours of 'work' paperwork so far since Friday with about 4 hours to go I reckon. So after this event which it all related to in mid April, I am hoping to step back a little on concentrate on my own job until the end of the year.......thats the plan!
Did manage a sneaky evening walk on the beach on Friday - last one off, in the dark, with a rising tide  Wasn't in any danger :rotfl: NOA I couldn't live more than 5 mins from the sea. I need to see it,hear it,smell it! - tried it once and only realised when I came back after 3 years what is was that had been missing! Never againThere is something about living on the edge of the land...........
Debt busting still going on - slow and steady and all that . No unnecessary spending. Contemplating on putting a small CC debt that has crept up () on a LOB card I have with no BT fee.....hmmm will think some more......
