DD2 has been on the rounds of doing 'applicant' open days at the universities she has had offers from - luckily within a stones throw of where DD1 lives so that was handy as DD1 could be her plus 1..............just had a text as she is one way home but one of the other universities has just emailed her to say that there is an open day for her dept ............TOMORROW............ !!!!!!! Cant they get themselves better organised than that!!?? Anyway looks likes its an early start for us tomorrow as its 3 hours across country AND NOT PLANNED FOR IN THE BUDGET
Just spent half hour on phone trying to close a CC account that I have not used in years...........they offered me a BT 0% for 14 months and as I need to move some in March I thought 'why not'...............then a came all the faffing round and toing and froing so in the end I just said no thanks I will take my chances else where. No idea if the account has been closed or not  :mad:Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Ugh.
Hate it when things are inconclusive and/or badly organised. Have so little patience for it these days..(well probably always) but even less so now well into my forties :rotfl: You have my sympathies.
Hope the trip is worth it though. And re the CC BT next month am sure you'll be fineMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
