well that can't be right cuz I have never ever had sky tv only broadband, and yet it states on my bill for my broadband and I quote (supplement for not having sky tv, £2.50p)how can they possibly charge me for not having a service, its like me receiving a £200 bill every month saying, this is for the car you never bought off us, its ridiculous and its illegal

It is just their odd way of saying that you are not getting a £2.50 discount.

I don't know what you are paying(mine is free), but stand alone broadband used to be £15, £10 if you took line rental and £7.50 with tv, too, but some people had special deals when Sky bought out other companies.

Free broadband is the current offer, but only if you take another service (You couldn't expect free broadband with no conditions).
