update on my house move

So moving house in ........ 2 DAYS!!!!


The majority of the house is finally packed and YAY my friend from uni is going to come and help us move which will mean an extra pair of hands with the kids and a good old catch-up session.

I dismantled bookcases today ...... there's a first time for everything!!

Why do companies make moving soo hard??

I'm not asking the world? I would like be able to be a successful full time working mum who does not have to phone a premium rate number (or a not-free phone from my mobile) to be able to cancel a service or to arrange another one.

Lets look at the journey so far (we'll take Blundering'dells out of the equation for a few minutes, I'll update on them shortly).

My hit list of mission impossible companies so far include:
SKY
Barclays home insurance
Sainsbury Energy (British Gas)
