Are you giving him the money for tomorrow night or are you letting him sweat for a while?

i think it's incredulous that he just expects you to magic it up from the bottomless bank account - you must let me know who you bank with!

i was in tears when i left my firends house as it the first time anyone has actually held a conversation with me (properly) and given a !!!! about me in 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!! All i want is to be back there. met her big group of friends today who instantly accepted me as part of the group and DS1s face when he had tons of kids to play with was amazing (as he doesn't have it here)

he rang me on my way home tonight to tell me not to worry about doing the washing he'd sort it.......................................
...............then to tell me he'd not be late home from the pub to which i replied "Well its the story of our marriage, pub vs sorting out our relationship" and he chose the pub so i guess that answers that one.

    ......................i get in....................
    - the washing i put in the machine SATURDAY morning is STILL in the machine.
    - The washing up hadn't been done - cue congealed milk in cups again.
    - all the bags were exactly where i had dumped them before leaving on saturday and the kids stuff where i had left it.

the kids have been complete sh1ts (sorry to badmouth them but they were) - refusing to sit on the train, screaming, throwing tantrums - you name it they did it!!!! for the entire 3 hours we were on a train and half hour waiting for the LATE connection.
they kicked off in the chip shop screaming.
they kicked off on the tram.
they then ate about 4 chips each and have spent the last hour screaming, winging and trashing their bedroom.

i seriously cannnot take any more.

    Hi
I'm just a lurker but I had to pop on send a hug to you. The children are probably sensing your vibes and are playing up because of that and if you are upset then you will have less patience for them. As for your other half then he should know better! I can't tell you what to do there, but you really do need to sit down and tell him the truth, how you feel and how much the whole journey is affecting you. Once you have been honest and given him a chance to answer and respond then you can decide what to do and maybe his reaction will decide for you. Good luck, remember you are a great mum and it will all work out for the best.

sorry guys, have been lurking on most threads not really been "in the mood" for much.

Stilll not in a happy place with hubby but i can't be bothered with fighting. he knows i'm only here cause of the kids and can try all he wants it's gonna take a long time to forgive him.
He's still adament he only needs £300 so thats what he's got.

Just to make our finances even better he is "sick" again this weekend. cue lots of moping on the sofa - not going to work and therefore not getting paid **fantastic**. on the plus side I must be better at controling money has I have managed to claw back £250 to put into the savings to start replacing the £300. :T:T:j

Anyway I must come out from my black cloud. Start meal planning again and get on with recording what I spend.

I think July was around £300 spend.

Righty - back to the filing, eating popcorn and a s3x & the city movie double bill.

I will check back (in a better mood) to update on life.

Thanks to all who gave their support. :grouphug::grouphug:

wahoooo hoping money turnaround is on the up (well for me lol).

sold the kids toddler bed (they are now in bunks) that I've been trying to sell for well over a month. after 4 no-shows for collection I had eventually listed it on ebay this weekend and bumped it on a few other places (mostly at £10 more then ebay and gumtree for £20 more) and it sold on gumtree tonight, no messing, no silly offers and they came on time . :j:j
£70, I'll take THAT thank you very much. :D

Was really cross tho this moring as DS1 decided he DID want to go to rugby this week (we paid in advance but you can come and go when you like and they just cross a day off your pre-paid card). Got there................ no sign of them.
Gave them a call to ask if they'd changed the location (as not been in 3 weeks)...... to find they were sick. apparently they had text everyone to say it was cancelled............... not me it would appear.
So one disapointed DS1 ........... LUCKILY the funfair was on in the same park so £4 on rides soon cheared him up.

+ have decided my bike has sat unused since 2002 and is likly to stay unused for another 5 years so may as well try and sell that too before it gets horribly rusty and not fit for anything. **fingers crossed**

i need more rubber chicken recepies........ off to nosy the boards.
