Before taking a look at weeks 10's budget I decided to try and do a BIG shop which will hopefully minimize the amount of shopping I need to get during the next 4 weeks. It will also give me a firm basis to meal plan from (absolutly loads in so it should also overrun into next month).

Incase anyone is interested this is what I bought:

Farm Foods - £46.50 (was £49 but I had a £2.50 off voucher)........ GUTTED - this was done over 2 shops (the pepsi in 2nd trip) due to lack of space to carry on a buggy .... otherwise I could have got 1 more item and used a £5 off £50 voucher.

    1 pk Gammon steaks (8ish) - £4.50
    2 x SFC take home boneless box - £5
    2 x 6 golden drummers - £3
    2 x 4 Southern fried chicken steaks - £3
    1 x 4 Hot and Spicy chicken steaks - £2
    2 x cheese hamwich packs - £2
    1 x 15 fish fingers - £1.75
    1 x roast potatoes - £1
    1 x croquettes - £1
    1 x 12 waffles - £1
    2 x toad in the holes - £2
    1 x cooked ham - £1
    2 x 1kg cheese - £10
    1 x 4 heinz spaghetti - £2
    1 x 30 cheese slices - £2
    3 x white loaves of bread - £2
    1 x 2L milk - £1
    1 x 24 pepsi - £5.75

    Home Bargains - £3.76

    2 x Pringles tube - £1.78
    2 x bacon grill - £1.98

    Morrisons - £4.38

    Mince Beef 800g - £2.39
    Pasta Bake - £1.99

    Morrisons baby
    - £4.76 (10 jars)

    Morrisons misc - £5.72

    Bin liners - 72p
    Loo Roll (16) - £5

    ASDA - £21.72

    chips - 74p
    sausages - £1
    lettuce - £1
    3kg pasta - £3
    5 x tinned soup - £2 46
    2 x spaghetti and sausages - £1.36
    butter - £1
    coffee - £1.35
    3 x pizza - £3
    eggs (15) - £1.25
    baked beans (4) - £2.48
    cucumber - 70p
    icing pens - £1.74

    TOTAL

Food - £76.36 (I may need to buy some top up shops: sugar, milk, bread, cheese, yogurts, ham)

Baby - £4.76 (I will need to buy milk powder and possibly some more jars)

    Misc - £5.72

BARGAIN - £1.80 cash back voucher for ASDA due to it not being 10% cheaper.
