  • Well FINALLY!! :D

I thought you lot had gone awfully quiet, but actually... you had moved threads!! Have just spent a delightful couple of hours catching up.

Could i have an offical number please? TMIF and Marru can vouch for me as they know me from my other lurkings around MSE.

Since the last time I posted lots and lots of stitchy things have happened. I had a trip out to Wye Needlecrafts in bakewell on my own (quite a victory for me actually, because my navigational ability is shocking...! I got there and back only getting lost once!) and while there, I bought a floor stand, big frame and a light and chartholder kitty type thing. I took it all home, put it up myself and was calmly stitching my first ever really big project by the time my hubby came home from work! Since then, I have not managed to do any stitching at all - due to life becoming very complicated and very busy just at the moment. I hope to get some done sometime this weekend.

My favourite "excuse" for stitching is: "I can either do this, or I can poke your eyes out with a spoon. Your choice". Amazingly hubby always agrees with the stitching! :D

If you buy or subscribe to Cross Stitch Gold, would you mind looking up something for me ?? I was browsing the mag in the shop as I was really taken by the bear on the front cover - I came across the page in the mag where they feature new cross stitch bits and pieces and there was a lovely blackwork biscornu. i made a mental note of the website (something like etsy) but when I went to the website, I couldn't actually find the biscornu I had seen - did it have a name ? I didn't realise that this etsy website is like a collection of shops selling lots of crafty stuff. There was lots of cool stuff on there :j

Happy Friday evening everyone. Not caught up for a few days so hugs all xxxx

    Right.

    It's the weekend.

For the first time in a long time I have NOTHING to do this weekend.

I have done all the food shopping. I have no need to go out. I may get round to some housework at some stage...and then again...

Time to pick up Tenby Harbour :T
