Mine arrived on Wednesday and I am so thrilled with them. I have never read any of Jane Grigson's books before and I am loving English Food - it is so interesting and well written - she must have been such an intelligent woman. I find some of the recipes a little bit out there for my rather patrician tastes but some of them sound wonderful. I will read Elizabeth David next I think...
